Excellent product and service
Jonathan was very accommodating and knowledgable, windows went in without issue and installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend them in the Windsor area if you need window replacement.

Basement Window Replacement
We are absolutely thrilled with the triple pane windows, their style, and the installation. Rick, the salesman, offered great advice in assisting us with choosing the style that would best meet our needs and was responsive and patient to any changes I thought I might like. The windows arrived when they should have and were installed by Jeff and his co-worker. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend the Kingston Team at Clera. Thank you everyone for a fantastic job from start to finish.

Windows
I am so pleased the previous homeowners of my house decided to purchase their windows through Clera. As the current homeowner, after 15 years of the windows being installed, I had a minor repair issue and called Clera and spoke to a wonderful and understanding woman named Rita. After a brief discussion she arranged for a certified clera repair person to come to my house. I am so delighted and pleased with the exemplary customer service and highly recommend this company to all persons looking for windows. Not only are the windows fantastic but what really amazes me is the customer service. Thank you Rita and thank you all for your wonderful products and service.

Exceeded expectations
It was daunting having to replace all the windows in our home, however Andrey from Clera made this project seem easy. He assessed our needs, provided a comprehensive cost estimate and managed the details for a smooth installation. We love our new windows! The quality and service by Clera exceeded our expectations!

windows installation
Chris from Clera windows provided an excellent details regarding the windows. Installation team installed windows on time with perfect cleaning at the end. Quite happy with the end to end job. I am also going to get door installed soon. Thank you Clera.

Basement and patio doors
Took 1.5 yrs to finish...had to pester to return both times for each job. Had to learn what it was and how to parge the basement windows after installation due to leaking pretty badly after rain. They went on holidays between start and finish of patio door install. Had to reschedule my non verbal autistic grandchildrens 2-3 times because of it...they depend on routine and not just anyone can look after them. They failed to add the extra lock requested to safeguard the kids. This is a lot of money for me as I'm on my own...I expected good service at the least...I will NOT recommend this company. At least I know how to large now and still have to do the area around the 2nd window which at least didn't leak after the install. PS I did ask about them finishing the windows but was told we don't do parging and when I asked what I was supposed to do, they didn't know of anyone who could do it. Before and after pics...I used a piece of white baseboard to be able to frame a corner....I'm a 69 yr old woman...never to mate to learn at least

Windows and back door replacement
After researching the project...I decided to go with Ckera Windows and Doors My appointment with the Sales Manager Gihan, was quite informative and he explained what the replacement process would entailed. I also had the opportunity see the products of choice. The installation crew lead by Islam, did a exceptional job. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the house was at the end of each day ....all the windows were replaced so every room was impacted. Thank you guys. Although it rained during the period of installation, my concerns were without cause because there was no unnecessary exposure to the rain . They did what was promised....least amount of exposure. I am satisfied and will definitely recommend the team.
