Windows Replacement
The original contract was signed in 1st week of September 2020 but the work was completed on Feb 1st. 2021 although I was updated about delays throughout this time as Covid delayed supply.Window fitters had to make 2 trips as proper measurements were not taken or communicated so window fitters had to buy wood from their supplier atno extra cost to me The new windows have made a big difference as my son does not need a space heater anymore in his bedroom!

Professional, On-Point!
We couldn't be happier!! Our representative, Tim, was exceptionally efficient and professional, from the quote til the job was done. His years of expertise really shone. He single-handedly completed the job in a day, and our windows look better than they have in the past 60 years. No mess either :) We are super impressed with the workmanship of the windows themselves too. They function flawlessly, have reduced draft, and add ventilation to areas of our home that have forever been stagnant. The best part of everything is the value. The windows were affordable and didn't have to commit to a mortgage to pay them off. Thank you Clera, and Tim!

Front window Bathroom window
Front window needed replacement due to crack and the seals have gone Our bathroom window which was a wind out had warped slightly and wouldn't close properly. I received a prompt quote which was amazing. Window installers were very courteous and professional. Clera Windows are having another promotion and I am now taking advantage of replacing 4 more windows. Excellent company to work with

New Windows and Doors
Clera did an amazing job installing our Windows and Doors. The installation was faster than I expected. The metal fabrication and inside trim look fantastic. My neighbours have already been asking me who installed them? They want to get windows installed too and told me how good they look. I told them to Contact Barry with Clera first.

Changed out garden doors and side lights to three window insert.
We had old leaky garden door and side lights replaced with a three part window insert. They made excellent suggestions on size and type of windows. Two side windows open and middle pane solids for the view. They ran into more wood rot than expected but came up with a plan that we agreed to. Excellent to work with.

Absolutely amazing service.
We love our new windows and front door! Jonathan’s designs and colour combinations really made our house pop and look updated. Even though many industries are struggling with lead times, they always kept us updated. The installers were exceptional too - the trim work and new jambs that were installed are perfect. We highly recommend, at the very least, having Clera come quote your project. We will definitely be using them again for our second and final phase. Thank you Jonathan and Avni!

Replacement part

New View Into Our Backyard
COVID definitely made this project take longer than planned, but the end result was excellent! Originally set up in September and install was able to be wrapped up in February. Eric took the time with us during initial quote and measurement and laid out the options for us. When the install went smoothly and the window quality is fantastic. One piece of trim was missed during the install, however Eric was very quick to return to correct it and make it right. We have a nice new view of our backyard now and the kitchen draft is gone. Wonderful! Very pleased with the results and service!
