Posted on homestars regarding a leaky valve on one of our radiators. Tracy was the first to reply and contacted me with a text and phone call. A technician was immediately dispatched and was at the house within one hour. Claire is a very professional and highly competent technician. She assessed the damage and provided us with a couple of options regarding the fix. She explained things that was easy for us to understand. Once we agreed, she got right to work and completed everything in a timely fashion. We highly recommend her. Thank you Claire !!

Excellent Service; Super Job Called Hoerner when my water heater went south after many years. Despite being a very busy time, Robyn looked after me & was able to schedule a visit within a couple of days. Upon arrival, the technician (Nick) examined the tank and, after a discussion of alternatives, made good recommendations as to the best solution, which was outright replacement. Again, Robyn able to set up the job in record time, and within the next couple of days, we had an installation scheduled for a new tank. The job was done by Matt and Claire. It was amazing to watch them at work, as they expertly removed the old tank & brought in the new one through the narrow basement stairs and uneven ground at my residence. The installation process was accomplished quickly and efficiently; it was clear that both Matt & Claire were extremely well-versed and knowledgeable, and meticulous in ensuring every step was covered and that the tank was operational before they thoroughly cleaned up the work site & took everything away. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the entire job and with my experience with Hoerner; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an installation or repair job they can rely on.

We had two wobbly taps. La explained the problem with each and successfully solved the problems. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished on time. We are quite satisfied with Hoerner Plumbing.

I had Hoerner come by to fix a badly leaking shower spout, and take a water sample, to be analyzed for filtration needs. The shower cartridge and shower trim was unbranded, but after checking with colleagues the plumber identified the brand, and sourced a replacement cartridge from a nearby plumbing supply house within an hour. The plumber was clean, friendly, communicative and fixed the problem.

Hoerner is responsive and has fantastic communication. Nick showed up and identified the problem. I'd have to find the faulty part (cartridge) before a final resolution can be implemented. However, it's peace of mind knowing that repairs are still possible. I'm not looking to overhaul my old kitchen right now. It would be a gigantic job so a full evaluation is required. Regardless, I feel better after an honest assessment from Hoerner. I will be contacting them again once I find a new cartridge so that they can install it for me.

Hoerner installed a new laundry tub for me which had to have some plumbing modifications. Claire arrived promptly, and gave me three options regarding taps and plumbing work. I decided on one of them and the job was well done. Claire was very professional and pleasant in her customer service.

Hoerner deserves 15 stars out of 10 stars!! The company and its employees are incredibly responsive, detail-oriented and technically skilled. Real people answer the phone, they listen to you, they respond and they call back!! My 30+year-old slant fin boiler at my Toronto triplex DIED on Friday December 3rd. I called at noon. Matt arrived at 1:45 pm the same day. Matt and Jay worked ALL weekend and until 8:30 pm on Sunday to ensure my tenants had heat. My tenants and I are BEYOND impressed with their respectful attitude, attention to detail, the care taken with our floors, walls etc. I appreciated Matt's ability to explain the issues and options and problem-solve. He also was patient with my questions and his answers helped me make the right decisions. I recommend them!!!!!! I had quotes from another company and Hoerner was 30 to 40% less and with a billion-times better attitude.

Hoerner replaced a shower panel with one I found on Wayfair. Took 2 people 6 hours. Thought it was a little pricy as they had 2 men replace laundry taps that took 6 hours the week before for $600. The work was well done and they were friendly and communicative.

Needed to temporarily remove a radiator for a renovation. Everyone I dealt with at Hoerner was professional, kind and courteous. The professional they sent who quoted us and subsequently did the work was excellent - knowledgeable, informative and thoroughly competent.

I have used Hoerner plumbing for many years. This time it was a difficult clogged kitchen drain that required many attempts and took about 4 hours. Nathaniel was outstanding. He thought it through, had a step by step problem solving strategy and followed it through, carefully and thoroughly. He was patient with my questions and was very nice to work with. I have used Hoerner many times and remain loyal to the company.
