I have used several plumbers over the years and this time I tried Hoerner. They were professional and courteous, and very safe by wearing masks and cleaning the work areas afterwards. Their office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were clear about the issue and what the costs would be. They made sure it was fixed right and didn't cut corners. I would use again and definitely recommend.

Who can garden without a hose? Winter finished off an old outdoor faucet. Hoerner was fast, easy to arrange, took all the appropriate precautions and got me back in the garden . They are my plumbers. This is their third job for me. Quality is terrific and they are a pleasure to deal with. Pricing is competitive and I never worry about whether or not they’ll do a good job.

I had to replace my furnace, A/C and Hot Water systems. A major home expense for sure. Hoerner were not the least expensive but their quote and information was the most accurate and I had the most confidence that they would do a great job. Derek and Nicolas did not disappoint! Very professional, taking every precaution possible to social distance etc. Very clean and tidy installation. Everything is working beautifully. Very Satisfied! Thank You!

Emma, Matt, Stephen, and Robyn responded with efficiency and friendliness to an urgent request for a combined plumbing and gas issue in the kitchen and laundry room. In addition to their professionalism, what I really liked was how ccommunicative they were before, during, and after the service call. Would go back to Hoerner's withut hesitation.

I requested a quote to replace 3 radiator valves and corroded pipes, and to fix the furnace (noise + relief valve leaking too much). Hoerner told me I had to pay for someone to come provide me with a quote. I was told at the very least they would be able to provide me with a description of the problem, what I need done and a quote. I was charged for the visit, then two young, in-experienced guys came, couldn't answer any of my questions, went back to the office and I was sent a quote for $10,230.84 to replace all 11 radiator control valves and bleeders. For the furnace they quoted me for a circulator pump (which I didn't need but that was the only part that I asked about - in other words, they quoted me on work that I asked about, not what I needed). I was so furious!! I should have gotten my money back for the visit as they didn't even do what they said they were going to do for that. I just ignored it all and went to reputable firms. I ended up getting what I needed done for $3k. It's outrageous how they charge for a visit and don't even provide the customer with the correct diagnostic or direction.

Had Horner in to check on my house drain since there were problems flushing the toilet and clogged sink. Got an immediate reply to my email message requesting service and arrangements made to quickly come to my place to diagnose the problem. Very professional interaction prior to the technicians arrival. Got notices reminding me of the appointment date/time, names of the technicians, their bios and pictures. The service was outstanding. They diagnose the problem as a clogged/damage segment of the main drainage pipe in need of replacement. The job got done in a timely fashion and when they finished the dug out front lawn looked like before. Would highly recommend this company and certain to continue using them for any plumbing related issues. Thanks guys for a fantastic job.

Everything was well organized from the quote to the installation. We are very pleased with the work.

Late midnight, the house lost hot water and produced a LOC-1 code. Researched online and found Hoerner to be a reputable company with the right experience to investigate the issue. Although it was during COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the technicians followed protocols and worked to assess the situation and spent their time in resolving the issue. I've had hot water since their fix, and have not had any further issues. Thank you for your prompt service, knowledge and help!
