Very impressed with Hoerner. I called on a Friday afternoon about a leaking pipe in the basement and explained that because of COVID19 we now have 7 family members living here including 3 very young children. They made the extra effort to find a technician who could come out on short notice. The technician, Matt was very professional and did a skilled job correcting the situation at a fair price. Have already recommended them to others.

I had two jobs done within a two-week period. First, Stephen and his colleague did a great job in unclogging my bathroom sink. Two weeks later, Stephen returned to install a new shower. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the job done in a couple of hours. I appreciated the great communication from Robyn at the office who provided product suggestions and receipts. I also really appreciated the online advance notifications as to when the technicians would be arriving. This was my first time using Hoerner, but from now on, they will be my "go to" plumber for any future work.

Hoerner staff acted very quickly and fixed the drain blockage we had. Very efficient. I love how they sent emails with photo of technicians and their short bio. I would highly recommend Hoerner Heating & Plumbing and Drains.

We are long time clients of Hoerner (20+ years). There were unusual noises coming from the boiler which were vibrating throughout the house. Tried dealing with it myself (turning off and on the boiler). Called Hoerner and talked with Andrew. The next day the guys came and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Two small stones were in the circulating pump. Who knew? We continue to be very satisfied clients of Hoerner. It is a comfort to know that they are there and can be relied upon to help with any of the heating and plumbing problems we face in this very old house of ours. Thank you!

Woke up to no hot water. Called Hoerner and had a service person at our door outfitted in protective mask(covid) by 9:00 am. Our tank was old and needed replacement. Decided on a replacement 50 gallon tank and Nic had it picked it up and installed by 4:00 pm. excellent and pleasant service. My new go to hvac and plumbing contractor.

After another plumber cancelled twice in two days (also booked through HomeStars), I contacted Hoerner Plumbing. Fast response to my HomeStars inquiry, an in-house call and an estimate that day by noon, and a completed job by 5pm. The pricing was comparable, and the service was extraordinarily fast and friendly. Very happy with the work done, including bringing the drain up to code (it was original plumbing from the 1950's) at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

From speaking to the friendly voice on the phone, to the booking of the service through the service itself - nothing but incredible professionalism. Given that this urgent issue (clogged kitchen sink) happened during the virus shutdown - they planned their visit to allow physical distancing, protection for their service person and confidence for me. And Zahir went the distance and got it fixed. Highly recommend this company!

I love this company! I wish there was a Hoerner’s for all other services and trades we need!
