Get pictures of guys ahead of work so you know who to expect. Robyn in the office is great at getting back to you about questions and changes. the guys who came did a great job and were professional.

Can’t thank this group enough. Tracey was extremely kind and quick to respond and schedule someone to come take a look at my heat pump. Derek was super pleasant and was able to sort out what work needed to be done. Would be more than happy to call Derek, Tracey and the Hoerner team if I need their services again!

We were having work done to waterproof our basement and needed to relocate our water heater. Our technician, Nick, was extremely professional: on time, thorough, offered detailed explanations, and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. Moreover, Nick took the time to diagnose and make spot recommendations on things that we should consider to simplify/cleanup our plumbing setup (note: we have an old Leslieville house, so the plumbing is a bit eclectic). We also liked being able to seeing our quote on the iPad before commencing the work and also paying by credit card on the spot. Our experience with Nick has made it that Hoerner will be go our "go to" for any plumbing needs. We'll also be reaching out to them about HVAC because we like the idea of working with reputable local company that doesn't subcontract. Nick - thanks again!

Derek and Matt were both really friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing, they were upfront about the cost, and they offered suggestions to avoid these problems in the future. They were persistent in addressing what turned out to be a slightly more complicated issue than anticipated. We are extremely happy with the service from Hoerner.

A huge thank you to Tracey, Kim and Zahir for helping me sort out my water emergency so quickly and efficiently. My main water valve broke while being turned off which left me without water. The Hoerner team was fantastic in steering me through the process to get the water shut off by the city and the valve replaced ASAP. I know exactly where to come when I need plumbing help again!

Leaky boiler and we were sent a technician first thing the next morning. The night of they were helpful over the phone with troubleshooting. Friendly and quick, would definitely use again. Fixed boiler and did annual inspection.

We hired Hoerner to replace our aging water heater tank with a tankless system. Nicolas and Matt from Hoerner were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They capped and rerouted gas and water lines to situate the new tankless heater on the other side of our basement where it could be mounted and properly vented. Both of the guys were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative. We'll hire Hoerner again for any future HVAC projects without hesitation.

I was traveling for work and we had a toilet leak. They came promptly, cut a hole in dry wall, provided $10 hose (charged $100 for the hose) then left. 15 min visit, $350 charge. Same toilet leaking a week later, add 2 seals and charge $400, 10 min visit.... then said my wife should replace toilet Completely took advantage and price gouged my wife. Service was good, but price was ridiculous. Better off using jiffy app going forward! cant believe this

This is the third time (for unrelated issues) that HHPD has been to our house. Each time tech has been helpful in explaining the issues and resolutions. Their detailed approach and clear discussion was something that has been helpful each time.

What a great company! Our Heating Technician, Nicolas, was absolutely fantastic, very thorough and thoughtful. He solved a complicated heating issue - we had a rather obscure problem with our expansion tank - and got everything running perfectly. I'm so impressed with the patient way he interacted with me, taught me about our new Veissmann system, and explained what he was doing. Everyone we've interacted with has been caring and responsive, Kim kept in touch by email as we set up the appointment and sent a photo of Nicolas on the day of the appointment so we could verify that he was working for Hoerner, Andrew Hoerner came by to check in and make sure we were happy. The job was not billed on an hourly basis, but on the type of service call, so it was very reasonable. I'm so happy we found Hoerner, this is a wonderful family-run company. We're new customers, now customers for life, we'll call them for all our heating and plumbing solutions.
