Fair. Friendly. Pro. Dylan and team did an amazing job dealing with a small, but tricky fix. I appreciated the various approaches Dylan took to solving the problem, finding the best solution and leaving me very happy.

We had Hoerner plumbing perform several tasks for us. The first was replacing some old large diameter water pipes used for our radiators. This was a difficult task given the locations of some of the joints. Kyle and the rest did a great job, staying late as needed to finish the job in 1 day. They also installed some new radiators in our basement, cleaned the furnace and installed an outdoor air line to the furnace room. Again, a very nice job. They always come when they said they would, quotes made sense and there was no variation between the quotes and final prices. Everyone involved with the company is pleasant to deal with and they always had answers to our questions. We will definitely use them again.

We've been using Hoerner for over 25 years and are very happy with their service. Our building is over 100 yrs old so it can be a challenge at times. The girls in the office are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Andrew and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and most important, trustworthy. The fact that they have the keys to our bldg. shows just how much we trust them. For me what's really important is the fact that I can call them anytime, 24/7, for any emergency situation and I know someone will be on call to follow up and fix the problem.

While attempting to install a kitchen faucet, the hot water shut-off valve washer disintegrated plugging up the new faucet. Detaching the faucet from the supply line to find out why I had no hot water resulted in a massive leak from the shut-off valve. I had to race to turn off the water. Having no water in the house now at all, I called Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for help. They came the next morning, fixed the problem and gave me advice as to how to fix my plugged faucet which now works. Thanks Hoerner!

I would say the customer service is excellent. The person on the phone was courteous, clear and very organized. I have had numerous dealings with this company and all of the employees are exemplary.The technicians always came during the time stated and were professional and polite. They were very respectful of my property as well. We unfortunately had numerous glitches but Hoerner did everything they could to resolve things in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Recently, our water heater needed to have the anti-scalding valve replaced. This manifested itself to us as a change in the hot water temperature. The first thing we did was to call Hoerner Plumbing as we have learned from experience, that they are a partner we rely on to help us maintain our home. Staff were able to come by the next day and assess the issue, provide an estimate and complete the work for less than $500.00. We count on Hoerner. Andrew and his crew have been servicing my house in East York as well as 2 rental properties we own in downtown Toronto. We are extremely pleased with their prompt and professional service over the past several years. They have fixed everything from routine plumbing issues to replacing water heaters, servicing our boiler,fixing our dog shower and dealing with a pipe that burst in the ceiling of our Heritage home. The last issue was urgent and Andrew dropped everything and came to our rescue right away. We are always happy with the work they provide and I find their pricing to be competitive. I have had the pleasure of using Hoerner Heating & Plumbing on several occasions. They have replaced my gas hot water heater, fixed leaks in my kitchen and replaced my bathroom taps and shower head. They were always prompt, courteous, clean and did a wonderful job. They even followed-up to make sure I was happy with the service.

It just occurred to me today to write about Hoerner Plumbing, we've been using them for 10 years and have been extremely happy with them. Today they replace a massive section of the waste pipe from our 2nd floor down to the basement. The guys are all very nice, really good at what they do, fast to respond to calls and get the job done. Even nicer is the fact that we often get the same guy coming to our house so he really knows the place and asks about how the past jobs are holding up....I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
