    Lawn care service

    I switched to Hometurf three years ago after using other well known lawn care services. Hometurf's service is far superior.....great lawn, no phone solicitation, always a live person when I call and the one time I called for a reapplication due to weather conditions, I had immediate follow up.

    Service

    We've been with hometurf for years, they are always courteous, helpful and aim to please. One call is all it takes for them to try to satisfy and always do. Also, enjoy the helpful newsletters.

    Extremely unhappy with my lawn

    Yes I am sure that it is/was Home Turf Looking after my lawn. You have me in your data base don't give me that!!! You do not give refunds as I spent enough time on the phone. The only thing you guys were willing to give me was another application. They have young kids as technicians who do not care about my grass at all! I spoke with one of them and they said the company gives them 40 jobs a day, which he says is very hard to do. I caught him only fertilizing my front lawn and when he got in the car he said sorry, but he can barely do the work load they give him. Called the office for my money back and they told me that they do not refund anyone's money?????? Are you seriouse give me what I paid for then. HORRIBLE COMPANY

    Lawn Care Service

    I had attempted to maintain my own lawn with unsatisfactory results. There were more weeds than grass in the yard, most unattractive and certainly curb appeal was adversely impacted. Hometurf improved my lawn dramatically this season.

    lawn care

    The lawn care was reasonably good. the weeds particularly in the boulivard are still there and i had to call them to have that taken care off. Also th areration and overseeding in spring is not done early enough. the service people were very courteous and nice. Service is good

    A Disappointing Experience

    This company serviced my property last year. Most times I had to phone them to remind them, a number of times, that I was a customer and please come and service the lawn. One of their technicians overseeded the lawn with grass seed and included all of the flower beds. Needless to say, there was a lovely crop of grass that sprouted from the beds. Decided not to use them in 2016. I received 2 solicitations through the mail. Immediately filed them in the recycling box because I had hired a new company to service the property. The new company came in March and spread fertilizer, etc. Came home one day in March and Hometurf had serviced my property in my absence. Phoned immediately and cancelled. Received a bill for $334.9. Phoned again. It would be taken care of. Received another bill in August for $45.45 for the March fertilizer. Phoned again. Explained that I had not contracted Hometurf to service my property. She explained to me that they had sent me mail solicitations during the winter and if I did not respond, they automatically continue the service. I told her that was considered to be negative billing and it was illegal. No says she. The company would not do anything illegal. I told her I would not be paying the bill. Complained to BBB. Hometurf's response was to excuse the $45.45, however, their point is that I was solicited twice during the winter and it states clearly on each and every bill "As part of your continuous lawn care program, we'll return to apply this program on a yearly basis until you cancel. A phone call or short written notice is all that is required to cancel the program". Beware.

    Lawn Treatment

    We were having trouble keeping our lawn free from weeds and also maintaining healthy growing grass. After several treatments from Hometurf Lawncare, there was an appreciable difference. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn care.

    Deluxe Lawn Care Program

    We are seniors and have previously applied both weed control products and annual fertilizers to our lawn on our own. This past season we decided to let the professional's "do the work" LOL In my neighbourhood I saw three active lawn care service vehicles in the early spring. I researched all three companies and we choose Hometurf Lawn Care Service. I liked the program they offered and their website was very comprehensive with all the details I needed. I signed up on line and we have been 110% satisfied with their services. Our lawn has never looked better, even after an outbreak of a new vegetation, which I'd emailed Hometurf experts about and they arrived two days later and treated this problem which is now totally eradicated. One of the best parts of our customer experience has been that their service deliverables are complete and they come and go seamlessly doing their business. The newsletter than accompanies the treatments contains valuable and interested information we look forward to reading. This is our first experience in arranging lawn care service and we will be loyal customers of Hometurf Lawn Care Service going forward. We have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so. It's gratifying to pay for services and receive exactly what you expected and then some! Thanks Hometurf!!

    lawn care

    After using another company for my lawn for a few years I decided to switch because of problem that was never resolved by the old company. The first year with Hometurf has been great. I really like the call I get the day before they come and the information they leave after they come really helps me. I try very hard to keep a good lawn and like having as much information as possible. The people I speak to on the phone are always very helpful.

    lawn services

    This is the first year that I used Hometurf and so far I am satisfied with their lawn care services. I switched from another company because of the reasonable cost of the full lawn care package. Also I was impressed with the appearance of properties in my area that were being serviced by Hometurf. So far their services are being completed in a proper manner and on time. I only had to call to get the seed application redone as I was away and could not follow up with the watering requirements. The customer service representatives and technicians are very courteous and helpful.
