We are completely dissatisfied with this company. We hired them last year to maintain our lawn. When we got home from work, we saw an invoice on our doorstep. After walking around the law we noticed that what they were supposed to do was not done. We called customer service and told them what happened. They started by saying the technician was on site and did what he was supposed to do. We have a home surveillance system which recorded HomeTurf's technician supposedly "Doing what he was supposed to do". I called back and stated that he did not do his job as he was in his car, ran over parts of the grass on our front lawn and left seeds on our font porch for us to believe he did his job. The video clip showed him being at our house for less than 5 minutes total, most of the time sitting in his car. I have called customer service and they keep stating I owe them money for a service I no longer wanted, or received. How can I trust a company that states their employees are doing their job but the video says something different?
