This is the first bad review I've written. So disappointed with this company. We signed up for the "Complete Program" excited about the aeration, over-seeding, and weed control for our lawn. Their schedule says they will come in early spring and then every 5 or 6 weeks to perform a range of services in a logical order for best results. First visit was fine and then these guys disappeared. 8 weeks later I finally called wondering if they'd show up. I got an apology and a couple days later came home to see their team had come and done what was obviously a hot potato, rushed, haphazard job of fertilizing and weed control. I had pellets all over my front walkway, in my garden beds (which is not good for other plants), and hardly anything done in my back yard. Fast forward to the end of June and they are late again to do aeration coring and over seeding. I get a call back saying they are going to show up on a particular day and that I should mark where my sprinkler heads are. I have 2 sprinkler heads. That's it. I think " Yes! Finally some good service." Nope. 3 days afte their promised visit, I see they still haven't shown up (boo). So I call (yet again) asking why the work still hasn't been done. It turns out they came days earlier and decided that the 2 (yes only 2) bright white flags I put on the sprinkler heads "weren't high enough off the ground" - so they simply packed up and left without doing anything or saying anything to me ... Astounded as much as I was, the folks on the phone promised (again) another rush visit to get the work done and re-establish a good customer relationship. 12 days later, it's the middle of July and nothing. It's over. I'm done chasing a company that breaks their promises. I got a partial reimbursement, a crappy looking lawn, and I'll do the work myself. Save your money and look elsewhere for a lawn care solution.
