    Hometurf lawn care did an exceptional job with eliminating the weeds in my Lawn. My lawn had a large amount of dandelions and I called them to inquire when they would be coming out for the weed control application, they informed me my next visit was in two weeks. I asked if they could come earlier if possible. Within two days they came and heavily sprayed the lawn. The weeds were all gone within days. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company.

    Lawn care

    I have used Home turf for at least five years now. I am very happy with their service. They call me when they are coming which is nice and always do a good job when they are here. I have recommended them to my enighbors for sure.

    Lawn care

    Hometurf do the real care of my lawn. They are serving customer in a professional manner. I highly recommend them because they listen customer with great care. They gave quick response on customer queries.

    Lawn service

    Hired this company for the firdt time this year. Have been happy with them so far. I was home for one of their visits and the serviceman was very nice. Hoping for more great service.

    Service lawn care maintenance

    I have been extremely pleased with the service. My phone calls to the office were handled effectively and efficiently. I found the servicemen to be very pleasant and cooperative. My lawn has never looked better.

    I have used this service for the past two years and have been happy with it. They do what they are supposed to when they are supposed to. I like the info they leave after each time to.

    ###### POOR SERVICE ########

    VERY POOR SERVICE: We hired this company by seeing commercial on TV first they came on Apr 15 just for fertilizer and need service for weed on my lawn. After calling for 3-4 weeks same answer we will come next week if weather permit. There was rain only once or twice in last 3-4 weeks. ###########DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY######### Thanks

    Lawn care service for summer , fall 2016

    Good service when called regarding lawn care and weeds . Phoned about the weed problem and in 24 hours service people were here and looked after the problem . I consider that excellent service .

    Poor service

    We paid for their premium program which includes season long weed control and this is what our lawn looks like now. We had to call them twice and they said we won't have a crew coming out until next week. Next week comes along and the crew only does aeration! Now we have to wait again. Won't use them again . Poor communication.

    Rude customer service

    Ordered the complete program and paid in full. Unfortunately their customer service is not good. A few times I called, it's always the same lady and she is rude. Last call was to inquire when the weed control application is going to be done since my yard is already full of weeds. The answer she kept giving me is "I don't know when they are coming, there is no exact date but your documents have been printed". What does that mean?? I tried to ask a few times for clarification but she kept giving me the same answer. Finally I asked don't you have a schedule as to when each visit is going to be, and she said between 4-6 weeks. So i asked when my last visit was. Turned out to be 4 weeks ago. I assumed then this visit is going to be in one or two weeks. She could have just answered that from the beginning without having to be rude. Very uninformative. Sorry but with this kind of service I will not be a returning customer. The good is only that they offer competitive pricing.
