    I did cancel the services with Hometurf for the next year (2017), just to learn now at the end of October 2016 when I called, that I do not get the Fall fertilization because I canceled the next year services and that would be complimentary offered in the case I stay with them for the next year. I refuse to believe that a complete package of 300 dollars does not cover a Fall fertilization leaving the lawn prepared for the next year, regardless which company the customer choose to go with the following year. Hometurf lawn care stopped coming in August (early Sept) when they did the last application. In spring I had to call them several times to come after a month and a half between visits. I paid 300 dollars in advance last year for their services, mostly to get rid of weeds, but I get more and healthier weeds than ever!!!

    Great lawn service

    We have used Home Care for the past 5 years at 2 different houses and have been very satisfied with the service. The lawn care providers show up as scheduled and always leave us additional information/tips to assist us in improving the condition of our lawn. I would recommend HomeTurf's services without hesitation.

    got lots of pain for the aeration

    I hired hometurf for my lawn care service first year.It cost me a lot of time for asking them to do the service in correct order and on time.I got the early spring fertilize April 1st.Then I asked them to do the aeration as soon as possible when the weather is right.But I was told they will do in early-middle of May.Today May 12,I saw their service notice again but there was no aeration done as expected.I called the office and a lady told me that will be done in middle of June.I couldn't understand why they changed the schedule without considering the customer's best interest.I had very bad experience to deal with this company and I am not happy with them.

The aeration/over-seeding applications are all completed throughout May/June as this is when the weather conditions are most favorable for this application.     Please pay attention into details

    2nd visit, however please make sure to tuck the invoice and newsletter in the door. I found them in one corner of the front yard. Please close the gate when you leave. Looking forward to start seeing results.

    Service

    I am extremely pleased with the service that we have received from both the office staff and the technicians. They have been very courteous and professional; excellent interpersonal skills. I would highly recommend this company without reservations.

    Lawn Care

    I have hired HomeTurf to care for my lawn for the past 20 years. Needless to say I'm very satisfied with their service... A proud owner of a green lawn!

    Lawn Care Service

    My wife and I have been more than satisfied customers of Hometurf for five years. Their professionalism is evident every time they service our lawns. Gates are always closed when they leave (very important to us as we have pets that love their backyard), and their newsletter along with our invoice for the day's service is always tucked into our mailbox or door. Finally, last but not least, our lawns look terrific!! Who could ask for anything more....Thank-you Hometurf.

    Lawn Care

    After a bad experience with another company I chose last year to try Hometurf. What a pleasant surprise.! My lawn looked 100% better. There were no more brown patches which had been previously ignored. The staff in your office are polite and very knowledgeable I enjoy reading your newsletter. Whenever your workers are at the house, they are polite and do a great job. I have already recommended your company to friends. You have a customer for life.

    Not off to a good start.

    It's too early to properly rate this company but so far were off to a rough start Signed up this week and was told that a Tech would be out next week. I planned to rake the lawn and clean up any garbage this weekend that was left over from the winter. But unfortunately a Tech arrive today and applied the spring fertilizer. No phone call! A small plastic snow ball maker had blown onto the lawn in the backyard and I guess it was too much for the Tech to move this onto the deck. I think the professional thing would have been to remove the toy before applying the fertilizer. I guess now with the fertilizer on the grass, I won't be able to rake the grass? Hope things improve with the next visit.
