    Kitchen Clogg

    George Shakh came to our home and was able to assist us with a serious problem with our kitchen drain. He is very professional, hardworking and was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the service that George offered. Would recommend MR. Rooter to anyone!

    Backwater valve

    It was a pleasure doing business with Phil Stinner, a licensed plumber with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We required a new backwater valve. He assessed the problem, gave us an estimate and arranged the crew to come in. The work was done extremely well. They looked after everything for us from getting the necessary permit, to getting the inspector in. They also did the necessary cement work with no hassle and courteous professional workmanship. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family. The project was completed in two days. Phil Stinner also helped me fill in the application to get the $1,200.00 rebate.

    Faucet replacement/cartridge replacement

    Brian M. was incredibly patient and very willing to answer all of my plumbing questions. He quickly resolved all of our faucet issues, including a very stuck cartridge, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

    Drain Cloggage

    Brian M came in and tackled the problem at hand right away. He was finished in no time which is a relief because the owner is 89 years old. I would recommend Brian to my family and friends. Thanks a lot Brian you saved us.

    Clearing badly clogged drain

    Plumber Brian M. did a great, thorough job in clearing out 20 years' worth of grease etc. Showed up right on time; clearly explained the situation, and the options for keeping the pipes clear in future.

    Plumbing

    Brian P was on time and he was so helpful when we called Mr Rooter for assistance with a toilet that did not have enough pressure. We received great service!

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter Plumbing. I was scheduled in at a convenient time and I received the technician i requested. Peter assessed my situation, provided the quote and finished all in one day! Thank you!

    We had an plumbing issue that appeared to originate from the original builders. Brian M. and Waqas Ahmad were able to determine exactly what was needed and fix the problem quickly. Both were extremely professional and friendly and I highly recommend you request their services.

    Drains

    Phil was very helpful during a stressful time. He did a thorough examination of the issue at hand and provided his professional expertise. We were happy with the solution that he put forth to fix the problem. It was fixed very quickly and the team did everything to limit our inconvenience. Thanks Phil for helping us out! We would recommend Mr Rooter to friends and family.

    install backwater valve

    We needed to install a backwater valve for insurance purposes after our sewage backup. Mr. Rooter sent Grant their technician, who explained the entire process to us. They provided everything including getting the permit, arranging the inspection and completing the rebate application for us. Manus and Gerald were our excavators and they were so neat and prepared. The work was done with absolutely no inconvenience to us and it only took 2 days and that included the installation, inspection and backfill, compacting the soil, and re cementing the area. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this company to family friends and neighbours. Thank-you Grant, Manus and Gerald. I am a lifetime member of Mr. Rooter.
