    Dishwasher Installation

    Our dishwasher broke 3 days before Christmas. We scrambled to purchase a new one and then called Mr. Rooter to have it installed. They managed to schedule us in for the next day. Brian MacDonald arrived on time and was extremely polite and conscientious. He explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure that the dishwasher was working properly. Having used Mr. Rooter a few times in the past, I can say with confidence that the job will always be done right. And to make matters better, I was surprised at the end of the installation to find out that the service was on them as part of a holiday promotion!

    PLUMBING

    George was very polite, courteous and professional. He explained and showed us exactly where the problem was and he took the time to answer all my questions. He is very pleasant and I am glad he was sent to our house to fix our plumbing issue.

    PLUMBING

    Technician Waqas, was very polite and respectful. He did an excellent job of clearing the drain and giving preventative information with care of the drain and pipe lines. Job well done!

    Plugged kitchen sink

    My plugged kitchen sink is definitely not typical. The pipes' curves require an experienced plumber is persevere and accept the challenge. Brian MacDonald did just that. Thank you Brian for a task well done!!

    Dishwasher, Laundry and Powder room toilet

    Ziggy Koska was excellent! I couldn't have been sent anyone better! He knew exactly what the problems were and fixed everything all in the same night! He was very professional! From my first phone call to the company - I was given the best treatment EVER! The young lady that confirmed my appointment was my first indication as to how I was going to be treated! I will never hesitate to, not only use them again, but to also refer them to everyone I know. THANK YOU MR ROOTER! A weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

    Dishwasher installation

    We didn't have the proper tools to do our dishwasher installation, so we needed someone to install it for us. Brian was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about the process. Thanks for your help!

    leak In ceiling

    I had a leak in my ceiling and I was worried that it would be a big problem, however a good man from Mr. Rooter named brian came and reassured me he would do the best to save me as much as possible. He did just that and fixed the problem it didn't cost me as much as I thought. They cleaned up the area they worked in nice and most important thing is my wife is happy

    Plumbing

    I had an issue with my toilet tank as well as my shut off valve. I called Mr rooter and the technician Brian P. came out to my house. He provided excellent service. Thank you Mr Rooter and Brian!

    PLUMBING

    My shower faucet handle was broken and so I called Mr Rooter to fix it for me. George was the technician that came to help and he did perfect work! Thank you George!
