    Replaced bathroom faucet, replaced 2 basket strainers, resealed bathroom counter top and fixed various other odds and ends!

    I called Mr. Rooter because our bathroom faucet was leaking very badly and ruining the granite countertop. Waqas Ahmad arrived and saved the day! He was extremely professional, never made me feel rushed and explained things very clearly. While replacing the faucet (after carefully showing me why it had been leaking), he took the time to clean the areas which I thought had been permanently damaged by the leaking water. I was thrilled to say the least. I then showed him my kitchen sink and the two basket strainers which had stains on them that couldn't be removed. We discussed various options and I finally opted for new ones. He installed them very well and I am so pleased with the result. Lastly - he resealed another bathroom counter which needed it very badly. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Mr. Ahmad to attend to any plumbing situation. He is obviously extremely skilled, experienced and committed to his profession and to the company.

    Previously frozen bath faucet

    One cold night last week, some of the piping in the bathroom froze. I turned the faucet on and no water came out. Turned up the heat and when I returned from work the bathtub faucet was leaking. Mr. Rooter was available on the weekend when other plumbing companies weren't. Waqas Ahmed arrived promptly, took off his shoes at the door, and diagnosed the problem by asking questions and examining the piping. He took time to explain things and was helpful. Waqas took time to answer my questions intelligently rather than giving me canned answers, and even gave me tips that I hadn't thought of to help prevent freezing in the future. Unfortunately the cartridge in the faucet will have to be replaced, which will not be cheap for my brand. Mr. Rooter is very professional. I was quite satisfied with the service and would be very likely to recommend it to a close friend or family member if asked for a plumber.

    Yes $700.00 to replace 12" of copper pipe ,outside spout and shutoff I thought it was a a bit much.......the job was done well I should've consulted this site Live and learn

    Water pipe repair

    Burst water pipe in garage with flooding into basement. Waqas Ahmad arrived quickly, explained the damage, repair and how to avoid the issue in future. Courteous, efficient and cleaned up after wards. Also pointed out other issues that require attention (bonus!). He didn't explain the 'no warranty' issue until after the work was done (only complaint). But still recommend him for work.

    kitchen plumbing repair

    Rick Phillips was very helpful and knowledgeable. The repairs were performed quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate the fact that no mess was left once the repairs were done. I would recommend Rick Phillips and Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs.

    Plumbing

    Waqas came to fix the faucet and he resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. They may cost a bit more but Mr Rooter and the team are always reliable and professional! Thank you Mr Rooter and Waqas!

    Plumbing

    It costed me $706 dollars to unplug my toilet from them because of accidentally dropped a toilet paper holder into the toilet. You can decided if this is a fair cost for this kind of job or not.

It can sometimes be fairly time consuming to retrieve objects that become lodged inside toilets. In your case, attempts were made to pull back the object but in the end the toilet had to be removed from the floor. Luckily we were able to get the object out and reset the toilet. Your invoice also described other tasks performed at your property in addition to unplugging your toilet, which would be why the invoice was equal to the amount that it did. After reviewing your invoice, we feel that the amount is fair considering the time spent and the overall work performed.     Replace intake valve and copper pipe

    I would like to thank Frank from Mr. Rooter for setting my mind at ease by replacing the plumbing that Neptune would not touch because of rust problems and age. He did a wonderful job and offered to move furniture and left everything clean as well as made sure that when the city turned the water back on that there were no problems with water pressure. He was on time, very courteous and even turned off the Carbon Monoxide alarm which went off and we each thought it was the other's telephone! Thank you Frank! R.Plampe

    Kitchen drain leak

    Scheduling and response were good. Quality of the workmanship also good - let's see how long the repair lasts. Rick, the technician, is an excellent salesman - sold me a $750 job, after 'discounts' and another $375 drain cleaning job the previous day. Prices: out of this world! Beware of the 'fuel charge', lifetime membership and other advice. I am not cheap, I work professionally with contractors, but Mr. Rooter's prices blew me away! Unlikely I will call for their service next time, despite the 'discount' promised in the 'membership' ... but who knows, I may find myself into a corner and have to bite the bullet. Wonder why everyone is so elated with the service - is price not a factor?

    Plumbing

    George was very helpful and tried to explain the problem so that I could understand. He solved my problem and the left the work area clean. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived at my home very quickly - within 2 hours!
