    PLUMBING

    MY TOILET TANKS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SO I CONTACTED MR ROOTER. GEORGE CAME OUT AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE . HE EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL VERY WELL. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

    DRAINS

    WE CALLED MR ROOTER FOR ASSISTANCE WITH OUR SEWER LINES. PHIL WAS SENT OUT TO US. THE SERVICE WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. MR ROOTER DELIVERED EXACTLY ON WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WOULD DEFINITELY BE CALLING THEM NEXT TIME!

    PLUMBING

    WE HAD A SLOW DRAINING SHOWER. CALLED MR ROOTER AND BRIAN P DID A GREAT JOB AT CLEANING OUR SHOWER DRAIN. IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FRIENDLY AS WELL. THANK- YOU!

    Pipe Leak

    We were doing some renovations and noticed a wall that had water damage on it. After opening the wall up it was clear the toilet drain was leaking. We called Mr. Rooter and Laurence showed up the next day. He knew right away what the problem was, and stayed late into the evening in order to fix the issue on the spot! He was very nice and took the time to explain everything. We will definitely be calling Laurence for any future plumbing issues.

    Toilet Malfunction

    Laurence came out, was on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. Great efficient job and very friendly Service. I highly recommend them and thank you again Laurence for being Honest and fixing the problem right away. thanks, Allan.

    PLUMBING

    THE TECHNICIAN, PETER, WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, HE WORKED HARD AND HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO ALONG THE WAY. HE ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, VERY TIDY! THANK YOU!

    Replacing Main Drain

    Our basement floor drain was backing up at midnight. We called Mr. Rooter. They came promptly and on time the next morning. Grant didn't waste any time diagnosing the problem. He was polite and a really nice guy. The contractors that came to do the work left the job site clean and tidy and helped us move some debris. Grant also told us about a City rebate that we could apply for and gave the necessary paperwork to submit which saved us $1,300.00 off of the approximate cost. We cannot say enough good things about them.

    Plumbing

    We called Mr Rooter after a nasty sewer back up in our basement. Phil showed up on time and was quick to get to work. He figured it out very quickly and gave us options to fix it properly. The price was comparable to our neighbours who had a similar problem but who had another company out except our yard looked great afterwards and theirs was a mess. Very happy with the service!

    Drain repair

    We had a flood in our basement with sewage, Phil came out from mr rooter and saved the day. Unclogged the drain and then came back the next day and fixed the broken drain using a liner. Job was done efficiently and very clean. Manus and Gerald did a great job too. Way to go guys you saved the day!
