It was the worst situation one could imagine. Coming home from being out of town, to a broken, and flooding toilet. In came Rick from Mr. Rooter plumbing to save the day. Literally. He also educated me on several ways to keep all the plumbing in my house in the best possible shape.

TOILET REPAIR
Service was great - Lawrence was friendly and professional and knew his trade. he suggested the annual loyalty membership which save me some money and gave some peace of mind. i would use them again.

Replace taps and faucet for the bathroom sink.
This turned out to be a much more difficult job than we thought. Fixtures were old, stuck and space was at a premium, however, Ron persevered and also kept his sense of humour. It was a job well done. Thank you Ron.

toilet service
Brian M. came right on time and did a great job. My dog fell in love with him and I will definitely call him again (assuming I will need to!)

PLUMBING
THE PLUMBER, GEORGE, WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE CHARGES. HE ALSO EXPLAINED AND CONVINCED ME ON THE NEEDS AND BENEFITS OF BECOMING A MEMBER. HIS JOB AND CHARACTER WAS QUITE SATISFACTORY AND COMMENDABLE.

leakin in ceiling living room
Lawerence was great guy very efficient and got on job right away excellent customer service and very friendly and professional i would definitely recommend him to anyone he was just so amazing and i am very happy with the job he did

Bathroom Plumbing
The lovely Brain M. of Rooter Plumbing came very promptly to fix my toilet after a frustratingly stubborn clog. He was pleasant to work with, very fast and efficient, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company!

Plumbing issue
We had Laurence come out to our place today to investigate a possible leak we suspected. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and very informed. It's obvious he has lots of valuable experience. He was honest and very helpful- even making my 3 year old feel comfortable my making small talk. I will most definitely recommend that people request Laurence if they ever have a plumbing issue!

Water Main Repair
Our condo complex of 115 units had one of its 3 water mains burst in the middle of the night, leaving around 40 units without water. When it was discovered in the morning, I immediately contacted Mr. Rooter for help. I spoke with Pam on the phone a couple of times who was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She made it clear that emergency help was on the way. Within 25 minutes, a Mr. Rooter plumber was on site and he began diagnosing the situation. Not long later, a supervisor arrived and took charge of the situation, providing detailed explanations for me and calling in all the relevant contractors to take care of this major job right away. 4 people with heavy equipment worked 16 hours, well into the wee hours of the night without rest to restore water to our condo residents as quickly as possible. All the contractors that they brought on board for the project were professional, polite, clear, and reasonably priced. Once everything was repaired, Mr. Rooter offered us flexible payment options and helped us prepare the relevant documents for our insurance claim for the water damage to nearby properties. We greatly appreciate the quick turn around and professionalism of the whole team. I've hired Mr. Rooter in the past for small household jobs. I was very pleased to see that they are just as excellent at handling major jobs as well. It's rare to find this high level of professionalism in the trades.

water line repair
We had a water leak and needed it fixed fast.Mr Rooter was here within a couple of hours to help us out.We would like to thank Chad very much for his very good work.He was patient and very professional,and if we have need of a plumber again,we would not hesitate to call and ask for him .
