    Kitchen Renovation

    We were replacing our kitchen counters, sink and faucet and had hired a renovation company to do all the work, but they were unable to complete the plumbing work at the end of the job on time. We would have been stuck without the kitchen for the Thanksgiving long weekend, but luckily Rick from Mr. Rooter was able to come in an finish the job the same day. The installation was complex, but completed in a timely manner with professionalism and politeness. Two weeks later, we have had no issues with the work. We'd definitely use Rick's services again.

    plumbing

    My call to Mr Rooter led to the work being done within a day at a reasonable price ($1500). Ron was very professional and courteous. The work that he did is great!

    Plumbing Service

    A few weeks ago I woke up and my basement was flooded . I started calling different plumbing companies for quits and I found mr rooter, there price wasn't the cheapest but I went with my gut feeling and decided to go with them. A+ SERVICE , the technician that came to do the job was very well trained and professional . They did a very good job , on time, and they charged me exactly what they quoted me on the estimate . I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

    Sink Fixing

    Brian M. was our technician for the day. His service was very professional and helpful. He clearly explained the problem that had caused the blockage and the costs involved in replacing and fixing the issue. We were very satisfied with his service.

    Plumbing

    I was very impressed with Lawrence from Mr. Rooter. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and put great care into the work he did as if it were his own place. I wish Lawrence came the last time: though the other guy was good, the entire pipe needed replacing (not just a portion) and Lawrence would have been more comprehensive! Thanks Lawrence!

    Toilet Repair

    This was the first time I used Mr. Rooter and Brian M. was prompt and provided wonderful service. He took the time to explain the issue and solution along with educating me about toilet manufacturers and which one's to best select. I appreciate the personal service!

    backwater valve & drain replacement

    Insurers requested backwater valve. Mr. Rooter plumber came within an hour of my call, job began 5 days later. Subsided section of 1940s clay drainpipe discovered by camera on day one after first hole dug, second hole dug day two, new valve and 35 feet of new pipe installed and inspected by 1:30, and holes refilled and clean-up done by 5. Superb teamwork and attention to detail give confidence that we have new defences against flooding, based on experienced analysis, advice and resources.

    Sewer replacement

    After a rough start, Fred stepped in and fixed 3 major problems well beyond our satisfaction. Excellent quality, follow-up, tidiness, etc. The "Mike Holmes" of plumbing. Need I say more! I won't look elsewhere for this service.

    PLUMBING

    CALLED LAST MINUTE AND CAME IN 15 MINUTUES! ROBERT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY QUICK. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND VERY CONFIDENT. SHOULD GIVE ROB A RAISE! I WOULD LIKE HIM TO FIX MY FAUCET AGAIN IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.

    PLUMBING

    GEORGE THE PLUMBER THAT CAME OUT TO US WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOROUGH. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET A TECHNICIAN HERE BUT I UNDERSTAND AS THE FIRST TECHNICIAN WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND MR ROOTER MANAGED TO SEND GEORGE INSTEAD.
