    Tightening incoming water to dishwasher

    We normally use Mr Rooter, but no more. $180 for tightening of an incoming water line to a dishwasher that took less than five minutes. This price was not communicated beforehand, otherwise we would have had a second thought. I feel ripped off!

    Water in basement

    After finding two inches of water in my furnace room, I called Mr Rooter. Not only did they pick up right away, they sent a technician to my house extremely quickly (within 2 hours). Rick Phillips took the time to assess the problem, explain what needed to happen, and also to recommend that I contact a restoration company since I had quite a bit of water damage to the walls/baseboards/door frames. I appreciated all of this as this was my first "plumbing emergency" and I had no idea what to do or who to call. Rick is an absolute gem, and helped make a horrible situation manageable.

    Sink, faucet, shutoff valve (2) and p-trap installation

    We really appreciated the continuous updates received re the timing of our service appointment due to delays at an earlier job. George assessed our products and condition of p-trap to determine replacement and installation of p-trap, 2 shutoff valves, sink and faucet. Everything was explained thoroughly, including areas of concern. We are very happy with the service and job well done!

    PLUMBING

    MR ROOTER'S SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES AND APPRECIATE THAT THE JOB IS ALWAYS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL BACK AND THERE HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY ISSUES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. BRIAN P WAS GREAT!

    THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL TO THE ESTIMATE OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME TO GEORGE'S ARRIVAL. SPEEDY SERVICE, EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, VERY COURTEOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - WILL USE MR ROOTER AGAIN (IF NEEDED!)

    PLUMBING

    WE HAD A SHOWER DRAIN THAT WAS CLOGGED AND CALLED MR ROOTER FOR SERVICE. BRIAN P CAME OUT. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK, EXCELLENT AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING.

    Toilet repair

    I called and confirmed that there was no minimum charge - I checked twice - they said no call to come for the estimate and they would only charge the cost of the actual repair even if it was a small repair - the woman reassured me. They came - it was a small repair - but they said there was a minimum charge of $180 even though it took ten minutes to fix. Very dishonest. The service was good and fast but they were not clear at all about their pricing.

    I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MR FARREEDUN'S SERVICE TODAY - HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE PROBLEMS IN MY HOME - HE ACCURATELY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND WENT AHEAD TO CORRECT IT FOR US.     RICK FROM MR ROOTER CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO SERVICE THE SHOWER THAT WAS LEAKING. IT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE WAS A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES.

    PLUMBING

    This is my 3rd time using Mr Rooter and another pleasant experience. Brian was able to pin point the issue I was having with my shower immediately. He was very friendly and courteous. Although this was a small issue, it turned into a bigger job than I imagined. Brian communicated throughout why he needed to do what he was doing what he was doing. Even though the cost of the job went up, I understood why. Customer service gave me a courtesy call both before and after the job. They really do take pride in their work and their service.
