    Such amazing service!! We called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon as we were not getting any cold water to the upstairs bathroom meaning we couldn't use our shower or flush the toilet. Within an hour of calling, Rick was at our house and was able to quickly asses and fix the problem. He explained everything to us and even made suggestions for future improvements. The fact that we were able to get someone to help us out so quickly was amazing, especially on a Sunday, and we were so grateful for the incredibly efficient and professional service that Rick provided for us. Would definitely call Rick and Mr. Rooter to come back and help us with any future issues or work that needs to be done. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Good customer service is hard to find but Mr. Rooter is the exception!

    Plubming

    I had technician Brian M. come to my condo and was blown away by the level of service. He tried the main pipe from the drain that was clogged with no success. He then went over and above and tried the drain from the washing machine and was able to finally find it! He adjusted a loud faucet in the bathroom free of charge and even let me borrow his measuring tape to measure a door I was replacing!!! If Brian is a representation of Mr. Rooter than I wouldn't hesitate referring him to anyone!!!

    PLUMBING

    WILL WAS INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FRIENDLY. HE PERFORMED A REPAIR ON OUR TOILET VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND HE LET ME KNOW WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE BEFORE HAND. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH AND EASY, AND WILL WAS VERY ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH.

    OUR SINK HAD DISCONNECTED FROM THE COUNTER SO WE CALL MR ROOTER TO FIX IT. RON CAME AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND HE IS VERY HELPFUL AS WELL

    Plumbing

    We had 2 plumbing issues to address: a broken spout for the garden hose with a very inconveniently placed inside shut-off, and a busted toilet. I never normally bother with writing reviews, but seriously, the guy that showed up was so awesome I just felt compelled to post this because it's such a relief when you let someone work on your house and get such great results. Rick was great with lots of helpful advice on various things related to our plumbing issues. He relocated the water shut-off to a very convenient place under the kitchen sink and set us up with a ball valve for the outside hose connection as well (mini type with the smaller handle). Every time I go to turn on the hose I'm so glad we went with that option! Then he installed our new toilet. He recommended a style I hadn't thought of (American Standard Cadet Pro Elongated) which sits a bit higher than our old one. Great for your lower back! High quality brass fittings and solid metal handle. All work is solid and very clean. Totally happy with everything and would highly recommend!

    EXCAVATION

    ON THE FIRST MEETING, TRAVIS AND GRANT TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE WORK NEEDED TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS, SHOWING PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE CREW, HEADED BY SLAVIK WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND EXTRAORDINARILY TIDY, CLEANING UP THE WORK AREA AT THE END OF EACH WORK DAY. THE WORK ITSELF GOT A GREAT TEST ALREADY WHEN WE EXPERIENCED A MONSTER RAIN THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED A BACK-UP PREVIOUSLY! HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!

    OUR TOILET WAS LEAKING SO WE CALLED MR ROOTER TO COME AND FIX IT. THEY SENT A PLUMBER RON AND HE DID A GREAT JOB, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN! WILL CALL AGAIN!

    I FOUND MR ROOTER ON HOMESTARS. WHEN I CALLED THE DISPATCHER WAS VERY NICE ON THE PHONE AND THE PLUMBER, BRIAN P, ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER THE PHONE CALL. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE US SOME ADDITIONAL ADVISE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE!

    hot water heater

    What began as a small fix to an outdoor pipe turned into a leaky (old) hot water heater. Brian M arrived within an hour of my call and fixed the problem temporarily; he and Rick P came back the next morning and efficiently replaced the unit, including new piping and valves. I was very impressed with Brian and Rick's knowledge, courtesy, attention to detail, and ability to explain to me, at every step, exactly what was happening. I highly recommend Brian, Rick, and the other excellent staff with whom I have interacted at Mr Rooter!

    Leaking toilet

    Brian M arrived in a timely manner. Was very professional and looked after the situation promptly. Made recommendations for some future work. Was much appreciated! Will definitely call them in a pinch!
