    Bathroom sink pipe repair

    In an attempt to clear a blocked pipe with a snake, we punched a hole in the u-bend -- and found that the bend was corroded. The customer service on the phone was brilliant; Rick came within an hour or so (even though it wasn't quite an emergency; more a great inconvenience!). Rick was great: he replaced the pipe on the spot, in spite of an awkward, custom-built cabinet; he even fixed the plug-hole lever that had been a slight annoyance for months! Throughout, he gave tips on preventive maintenance; then he double checked his own work. We felt that he gave full attention to the job, and had a good manner.

    PLUMBING

    I had a few things I needed help with and so I called Mr Rooter. The plumber came and provided me with all the help I needed with my sump pump, a toilet running and replacing a laundry faucet. Brian was very friendly and helpful. The service I got was prompt and reliable.

    fix a rattling pipe

    These guys fixed a problem that many other just couldn't manage. We had a rattling pipe and had a lot of other plumbers in (including Bruce Clark and Sons) and they were able to solve it. Huge relief.

    Water main update

    Had a potentially huge problem as my main water line into my house was leaking and needed replacing. Mr. Rooter (Travis) was onsite within 24rs to access and back the following day to do the work. Clean, fast and efficient - top notch service!

    PLUMBING

    I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BATH TUB FAUCET LEAKING AND A CLOGGED SINK AS WELL. WHEN I CALLED MR ROOTER THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. BRIAN P. PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE. HE WAS PROMPT, RESPECTABLE, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY!

    PLUMBNG

    MY SECOND FLOOR TOILET WAS OVERFLOWING. SO I CALLED MR ROOTER AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT - Arrived within the hour. THE TECHNICIAN BRIAN M ARRIVED IMMEDIATELY AND DEALT WITH THE TOILET ISSUE AND HE EVEN CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS! (I MUST APOLOGIZE ABOUT THE WET SOCKS!) VERY GOOD SERVICE AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THANK YOU!

    plumbing

    We found a leak under our kitchen sink on a Saturday morning, called Mr. Rooter and they arrived same day. This is our 3rd service call in as many years and each time the technicians are super nice and thorough and quick about their work. This time was Jamal W. and he replaced the plastic busted piece of pipe under our sink with a copper piece an ensured that the problem will never happen again. He also threw in fixes for a running toilet and a wobbly toilet before he left. Lovely person and we are really happy with the work he did.

    water replacement

    Chris Ford is an expert technician. He relocated the water pipe that is wrongly done before. Also he teach me how to clean up the water tank in every six months and he made a special pipe to drain water out from the tank to the drain hole. Thanks for his effort.

    Clogged Kitchen sink

    Our kitchen sink had been blocked for a few days. We tried to fix it ourselves with no luck. Called Mr Rooter and a serviceman, George, arrived in just over 2 hrs. He assessed the issue and worked quickly to have everything fixed in no time. He provided guidance on how to prevent the issue going forward (I purchased the Biochoice solution). Very happy with the service.

    Bathroom water pipes

    Wanted water shut offs installed on the hot and cold lines in my powder room, so it was not a plumbing emergency of any kind. Within 2 hours of my phone call Mr Rooter had come and completed the job! Brian (the technician) was quite friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He noticed a minor problem with my main water shutoff and tightened things up which probably avoided a leaking situation down the road. I would happily recommend Mr Rooter North York.
