    mixing valve replacement

    Highly recommended! My experience with Mr Rooter was top-notch from start to finish. All staff from reception to service were courteous, efficient, prompt and professional. The technician, Ziggy, arrived within an hour and did an excellent job with the repair. He took extra time to explain where valves were, potential issues to watch out for, etc. Very informative and helpful! This was by far the best experience I have had with any tradespeople in my home - I am thoroughly impressed. Ziggy went above and beyond and did an outstanding job. A+

    clogged pipes, leaking laundry sink and drain replacement

    Rick provided excellent service, was on time both visits and provided useful information to help prevent future problems. He was friendly and seemed quite sincere in his willingness to provide good service and educate the customer. He provided recommendations but was aware and considerate of financial constraints. The company followed up with a phone call to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Hot Water System

    We rang Mr.Rooter Plumbing last week to install a mixing valve on our hot water system. Grant quoted on site the following day. A few days later it was installed. We were so impressed by the efficient service, friendliness and diligence. How refreshing it is for a customer to be totally satisfied. We recommend this Company to anyone who is in need of plumbing services

    Plumbing

    We had a major plumbing problem involving many burst pipes. George from Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job. He worked very hard to find all the leaks and solve our problem. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and making helpful recommendations. He was also a very nice and personable guy. I would highly recommend George to anyone and everyone.

    Replaced a kitchen faucet

    We had zero water coming out of our kitchen sink. Sasha came in and identified the problem in detail. Replaced faucet with very nice tap. Advised me water tank needed to be replaced. Sasha was very nice and very informative. Excellent experience!!!

    Leaking Toilet & shut off valve

    Rick Phillips provided excellent service along with some good tips which were very helpful. His customer service was excellent & we are Customer Advantage Plan members as we appreciate the great service! We received very prompt & timely service. We highly recommend his work. Sarah who took our call was so helpful & sent Rick to our home within an hour of our call.

    Plumbing

    Rick came same day on a Saturday to look at a leak behind the wall from a pipe that was punctured from putting in a drywall anchor into the wall. He was knowledgeable and gave me some good tips. Unfortunately, Mr Rooter doesn't carry wirsbo pipes (apparently, few plumbers do), so my problem couldn't be repaired, but he tried to call other contacts to see if they could help and didn't charge me for the assessment and opening the drywall. Would recommend to anyone.

    Clogged Sink

    Rick came to the house the same day we requested help with a clogged drain in our kitchen. While it ended up being a much more difficult clog to fix than anticipated, Rick stuck with it and fixed our issue. He was extremely thorough and professional. He also offered a number of great tips and advice to avoid future problems. Fantastic work. Thanks so much.

    Toilet Installation & Basement Leak

    After finding water in our unfinished basement, and calling three 10 Star rated plumbers from Homestars, I reviewed Mr. Rooter and spent some time on their website. Not expecting much based on my experience, I filled out an online form. I received a call within 5 minutes, and a plumber was at my house not more than 20 minutes after that. The plumber was friendly, knowledgable, and quickly diagnosed the source of the water damage. A wall had to be cut to gain access to a drainage pipe that was cracked, and he made sure to protect the floors and clean up after the job was done. Luckily, water ran from the second floor bathroom into the unfinished basement alongside the waste pipe, so there was no interior damage/mould/etc. The cracked pipe was replaced, and I had the plumber install three new toilets while he was here. He went beyond the call of duty and fixed other minor issues that he saw while he was working which could have created problems for us in the years to come. Services were not cheap, but for the professionalism, convenience, and overall experience - the service was WELL worth it. We now have piece of mind, a dry basement, and faith in a plumber. Job well done!

    Clogged Drain

    I called Mr. Rooter due to a very difficult clog in my kitchen sink. My husband tried to use a snake he bought from Home Depot and still the clog persisted. Brian M came within the hour, assessed the situation and even located a cleanout access in our basement for the kitchen drain that we didn't even know existed. Brian showed the pricing in the Mr. Rooter pricing manual and proceeded to unclog my drain using the basement access. Brian left the areas he worked in clean and he was a pleasure to be around. I can't thank Mr. Rooter office staff and Brian M enough for fixing our persistent problem once and for all. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to all my friends and family for ALL my plumbing needs in the future. I even joined Mr. Rooters Lifetime Advantage Program and received discounts immediately. What a great service for my peace of mind !
