    Drain sevice

    Anthony from Mr Rooter came and cleared my drain.He was very fast and left He no mess at all.He was very nice person to deal with and i would recommend his services.

    Plumbing issues

    Had some plumbing issues with my basement bathroom. Mr Rooter sent Neil over who was able to resolve the problem right away. He was very professional and knowledgable. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

    Kitchen Faucet Repair

    I called Mr. Rooter at 6:00 PM and Rick Phillips certified plumber started working on my broken faucet shortly after 7:00 PM. He explained what options I had and enquired whether we had a membership with Mr. Rooter. When he learned that we might but were not sure, he called up the office to check it out. We did have the membership that I was about to buy the second time. He saved me $60.00 + dollars. I recently installed neon light rods in my kitchen but they did not work properly. When I mentioned to him why I do not have full lights in the kitchen, he spent about five minutes and the lights work perfect now saving me the need to call on an electrician. He also fixed the faucet of my reverse osmosis water filter that got loose - all this done for the asking. Rick is a professional plumber and a gentleman with a caring, compassionate heart who gives you more than money can buy: high quality service and the knowing that he is on your side. If you have any plumbing issues in your house, ask for Rick at Mr. Rooter. Strphen

    install brass trap kitchen sink

    Was able to get a technician 'Ron' in on a Sunday as I requested and I was also able to get the time frame that was best suited to my schedule. I was extremely pleased to get the 'water problem' resolved quickly and professionally. A very short and happy story! I became a member of Mr. Rooter.

    Service

    Our basement drains had backed up sewage into our house and we called mr rooter. They sent Chris Cochrane over and he was great. He cleared the drains quickly and cleaned up very well. He advised us and quoted a permanent fix as well. Great service!

    backed up drain in basement

    Very impressed with technician Ziggy Koska for the following: -came within one hour of calling -put drop sheets throughout work area -explained everything he was doing -very polite and cleaned up perfectly before leaving.

    Plumbing

    Had a leak in a pipe down in the basement. We called Mr. Rooter and they were very quick to send a technician to have a look. They have an excellent customer service. Highly recommend them!

    Emergency Plumbing

    The Mr. Rooter franchise is able to accommodate our commercial plumbing needs 24/7. They are a certified contractor for our management firm and have responded immediately to calls as per requested by facilities management. Great service and timely operations. Appreciate the service.

    Leakagen our washroom

    I had the leakage in the basement and the Plumber came in and fixed it, The Charges were high but the service was good, the work could have be done in 1 hour but the guy took around 3 hours and 15 minutes but he charged me for 4 hours.

    Toilet

    My toilet was clogged and could not use it for a day. I tried to fix it myself and could not. I have heard of Mr. Rooter so I called them. They were here right away, were proffessional, did not waste time and fixed the problem without wasting time. Thank you for your excellen service and proffessional matter, will call again.
