    power pressure clogged up drain

    I can't say enough about the courtesy, commitment, and professionalism of everyone who was involved in fixing our heavily clogged up drain, from the ladies who answered the phone and made several follow-up calls to keep us posted to Peter, Anthony, and Daniel from the Aurora/Nermarket branch who were involved in the meticulous resolution of our problem, which included working outdoors near the septic tank in inclement winter weather conditions. Thank you, all, for an excellent job. You've made me one of your many believers.

    Clogged Drains

    Excellent professional service. They were on time and delivered what they promised. Keep up the good work guys!.I have had this problem before and was disappointed with poor service from another service.

    toilet clogged

    A few weeks ago, Will came out to fix our clogged toilet. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a new home owner his advice was greatly appreciated. The cost was a little higher than expected, but the job was done well. Thanks, Will!

    Plumbing

    Had called in a plumber to fix a damaged pipe. When he came he just capped off the pipes without knowing that by doing so cut off my water supply to my tanks and boiler. Called Mr. Rooter for after working hours around 10:00 p.m. and Rick showed up within the hour that I placed the call. He tried to fix the problem, but need some more pipe. He had to drive up to 400 & 7 to get it. Rick did a fantastic job. Have no problems now. Will only ask for Rick anytime I have an issue.

    Fix kitchen drain

    George arrived when expected and he fixed the problem efficiently and neatly. I will definitely call on George at Mr. Rooter if I have any other problems with my drains!

    I use Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing issues, their service technician, Anthony Petrauskas, is very professional, very efficient, completed the job quickly with excellent customer service skills. I will recommend him to friends and family.

    plumbing services

    first time using this company and supervise it myself. Don't know how the price is compared to other companies but I had no choice at the time since it was an emergency for a tenant. The service was great, they made the quote for a stucked toilet, vanity sink and shower drain. it was done very professionally and the plumber Will explained everything very thoroughly. after the problem is fixed he took the time to carefully clean up the place. I'm sure my tenant will be very pleased and I would highly recommend their services.

    Fixing Our Toilet Leakage

    We had 'Will' come in and help us out with fixing the toilet. He gave us options on what we could do and also provided great input for the future, regarding an issue like this. He came in, answered all questions, fixed the problem, offered alternate solutions, solutions that were as big as changing the toilet, but was completely comfortable and professional with what we chose to do. We WILL have to do more repairs in our bathroom and WILL totally call Will ;) THANK YOU

    Plumbing

    Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue three times already and have been satisfied each time. The attending plumbers are prompt and they give me a price upfront so there are no surprises. They also educate me on how to maintain a clear drain. They are courteous and friendly without being pushy. They leave the work area tidy. This time around, Anthony Petrauskus, was thoughtful to offer a jug of drain cleaner that is environmentally friendly and how to use such. Grateful for a prompt, thorough and overall good service!

    Blocked drains

    Mr. Rooter answers calls promptly and send someone immediately. Brian was very knowledgeable, and the work gets done promptly. Although the process is very professional and a contract is drawn up immediately, it feels very corporate and impersonal, with prices taken from a chart and completely not negotiable. I had another small job done at the same time, which required another contract each with its own fuel charge of $15, even though they were here already. Unfortunately I had blocked drains last year and paid them $5000 and then again this year (right next to the previous year's work) and spent another $2500) As the fault was under the floor it was too difficult to get another opinion as they would have had to push camera down the drains to determine the problem. I am quite satisfied with the work, but feel it was very expensive. However I have nothing to compare it with. .
