    Plumbing

    The kitchen sink has some leaks, one in the tap and one in the drain. Mr. Rooter was engaged to perform the repairs work. The Plumbing Technician Will V. arrived on site and quickly assessed the situation and provided a quote. It was accepted and he performed the work in a very professional and friendly manner. The work was performed quickly, and he did very good work. I am thoroughly satisfied. Will was happy to let me watch and learn by observation. He explained what he was doing and why. All in all I was happy with the work Will did, and he is a great ambassador for Mr. Rooter. I am happy to recommend!

    Burst Pipe

    On December 26th, we woke up to the sound of water spraying wildly in our backyard. We, regretfully, did not turn off our outdoor pipes for the winter season; thus, the freezing temperatures caused this particular pipe to burst. Water ended up getting into the actual house, and made a bit of a mess in the basement. Rick Phillips of Mr. Rooter came to our home to address the issue. Rick takes the time to explain to the customer the cause of their plumbing-related problem, and he tells you how best to prevent the problem from happening again. He is incredibly insightful, and his two-dozen years of experience in the business tells you you're in good hands. An absolute pro, and an absolute pleasure to interact with.

    Install and Hookup Post Renovation

    We purchased a house in the summer to which we made many modifications to improve accessibility including a new kitchen and bathroom. We hired Mr Rooter Plumbing at the end of the renovation to hookup the dishwasher, kitchen faucet, shower fixture, toilet, and bathroom faucet and sink. As it turned out hooking up the dishwasher was beyond the plumber’s skills. He did try to hookup the dishwasher but in the end had we hired an installer to secure and level it. The kitchen faucet, toilet, and bathroom faucet and sink were installed well, The shower fixture was, again, beyond the plumbers skills … mostly because he failed to read the installation instructions that came with the unit. He cut short a pipe that should not have been cut short requiring us to purchase and him to install a fix. Finally the shower fixture was installed well (and we love it). Attempts were made to close-off two clean-out traps that were open in the basement but ultimately we did that ourselves with a bit of elbow greese. Overall we’re satisfied with the promptness exhibited by the plumber and how available he made himself for the challenges we encountered but were a bit miffed at his confusion with the shower fixture. We’re also unsure if the work he initially quoted included jobs he ultimately couldn’t do.

    New toilets and sinks

    Mr. Rooter is the best! When we called, they were right there. Ziggy replaced our toilets and bathroom sinks. The quality of the products and workmanship is top notch. They call to let you know when the service man is on the way and they follow up to make sure you were happy. They are right there even on holidays. I will only trust my plumbing needs with Mr. Rooter Services.

    frozen pipes (yet again...!)

    Woke up to frozen pipes at 7 am - very appreciated that Mr. Rooter has people answering the phones that early. I explained my problem, the dispatcher called me back within minutes and confirmed that a technician would be there by 9 am. George came right on time, was very polite and friendly, unfroze my pipes and explained to me the likely source of the problem. The billing is detailed and very clear - you know exactly how much you will pay before the work is done. Very good service, and will call Mr Rooter again.

    replacment

    Travis Mayer was fantastic, this was in our rental property to we needed the work done quickly and neatly. Travis was able to get an amazing crew on site and all work completed before deadline

    leaky pipe

    After the first plumber Mr Rooter sent out took 4 hours to fix our original leak but caused 2 more in the process, Mr. Rooter sent over Rick P. True professional and very knowledgeable. He had the issues caused by the first plumber fixed in 45 minutes. Very happy with Rick.

    Plumbing Issues

    Recently, I had a leak in the kitchen that would have flooded a condo underneath me. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they advised me that they would come asap or first thing in the morning. I felt that I could wait until morning. George arrived on time as scheduled. He had the slippers on his shoes and proceeded to the kitchen with me. I explained what was happening and he looked at several different things and he explained to me what my problem was. Right away he suggested that I join up for a one time membership and showed the money I would save by joining. I had other small problems, and was advised that the more jobs that the price would be lower depending whether I needed new parts or we were able to used the original parts. He assured me several times when I was worried that the price quoted would increase, not to worry. He was very pleasant and at times he needed to go to his truck and pick up a piece or a tool to complete the job. He was here all day, but he was able to complete all the issues that I needed done. Prices were costly but I did save money and would highly recommend George and Mr. Rooter Plumbing to my friends and family.

    fixing leaky toilet

    We called Mr.Router on December 10th to fix a leaky toilet. On December 11th, a plumber came in - Rick Philips- and our problem was fixed in no time! Rick was professional, helpful and gave me some excellent tips and information. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family! I'm 100% satisfied!

    Sink declogging

    Rick Phillips did an excellent job of unclogging our sink and had many useful suggestions to help avoid future clogs. He was punctual, courteous and efficient, and I learned a lot about how to take better care of our drains. Thanks, Rick!
