    my kitchen pipe is frozen

    mr rooter plummers they are excellent they give us some advise to avoid again the problem the name of the plummer is George he is nice guy they give us an advise to join the advantage plan for mr rooter

    numerous throughout the house.na

    I had George come to put in a laundry sink in my new home and he went above and beyond. I have since used george for a bunch of issues and he is the best plumber ever. Very professional and helped me out when I need him as he comes right away and does a fantastic job. Hes my plumber for all my plumbing needs.

    Snaked clogged drain

    Late Sunday night, both bathroom sinks clogged. Technician Rick Phillips arrived within the hour as promised, carefully put on slippers. And he solved the problem expertly. He also took the time to offer us helpful prevention tips! We appreciate his help!

    Sewage odour in basement

    Rick Phillips came to my home and did a thorough assessment, was informative, personable, kind, and connected me with the appropriate professionals. I would ask for him again, should any plumbing misfortune befall me!

    Repaired shower and 2 toilets

    My serviceman man George, was extremely professional. He diagnosed all the problems and he was able to fix them quickly and without a mess. George was very nice and clearly explained what the problems were. He was punctual and accommodating. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and I would request George's services

    plumbing

    Plumber came found problem right off expert fix. Great Job all round and left the area very clean. Very pleasant and informative person. Job well done .Great help with aditional information. Thanks

    clogged toilet

    The plumber, Yuri, went above and beyond. He didn't just fix a clogged toilet. He spent time to figure out what was causing the problem as well as explain to me why it was happening and how to avoid in the future. His customer service was genuine, helpful and with a wonderful sense of humour.

    Service

    Great company and they are always on time. Friendly people and always have answer to your question. The prices are good but could be better. They leave the house the way they find it and sometimes cleaner.

    Toilet Replacement

    I was unhappy with some service I received from Mr Rooter, and posted a review detailing it. I then got a call from the owner, who offered to remedy any issues I had. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated.

    replace basket strainer drain in kitchen sink

    Repair was done by Mr. Will Vincent, and the job was well done. Mr. Vincent is very friendly, and gave estimates for other repairs that I requested, which we might do in the future
