    Basement Cleanout unblocking

    We experienced very bad service from another company of a similar name with a recurring problem. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly only charging us more and more. Mr.Rooter however sent someone, took the time to explain and quote. So pleased with their service, professionalism and honesty....avoid roto-rooter. not the same. and they charge for every visit.

    Laundry tub and faucet

    After 2 no-shows and a $300 "free estimate" charge, I was beginning to lose hope in the plumbing trade. Thankfully, Mr. Rooter alleviated those concerns. First, their free estimate was actually FREE! Ziggy arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable. Within minutes he provided us with an reasonable estimate and arranged a time to complete the project. The laundry tub and faucet look amazing and work perfectly. We were very thankfully to finally find a company and plumber who cared about their job.

    Water preassure/water temp.

    On separate visits this company showed professionalism and completed the job that had to be done. They explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the problem that could be repaired.

    replace pipes leading to city

    My basement backed up with septic. Travis from Mr. Rooter was at the house within 10 minutes of calling Mr. Rooter. He snaked the drain to determine that the old clay pipes had been penetrated by tree roots and that's what was causing the blockage. As it was already evening they were unable to complete the work same day, but came back at 9 am the following morning. Both Travis and the drain layers called to say the crew was running late due to a closure on the Gardiner. They completed the digging and replaced the piping all at the promised schedule time and minimized dammage to my interlocking. Travis showed up at noon (as promised) to review and approve the work. Mr. Rooter was fast, dependable, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend their services.

    water backup

    Very thorough with work. They came in with a camera and showed me the problem. They recommended the quick cheap fix or the long term expensive fix. With the knowledge to make an informed decision we took the more exensive option

    Toliet repair

    We had a problem with our toilet and called Mr Rooter. I must admit they were extremely fast to get here and fix the problem. They were friendly and to the point. Also they were clean and left the place clean and that's worth a lot

    install dishwasher

    The service was excellent and the service staff was pleasant. he was able to perform the installation with no leaks or any issues at all. he did discover a severely corroded pipe and ran out to purchase parts to get it fixed as well.

    waterproofing

    Very happy with this company. They came in with a lower quote then the other 3 companies we received quotes from. They performed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would definitely use them again.

    leaky tub

    Woke up one day to a leaky ceiling in the kitchen. Not very nice. After inspecting the shower valves, I gave up and decided to call a plumber. I decided for Mr. Rooter after checking the reviews. Two other companies I called didn't offer same day service. The plumber was at our house on time. Neat and professional during the assessment and repair. He even quoted a reasonable price for changing the old two handle shower into a new single handle. I certainly recommend Mr. Rooter.

    Toilet Repair, unclog bathtub drain

    Mr Rooter was fantastic! They were quick to get on site - 2 hrs from when I called. George (Yuriy) was professional and quick to get to work. He took his time on the job and quadruple checked that the toilet was working perfectly. The prices are pretty steep, but I like that you can choose whether you want them to work or not after the in-home estimate. I was about to live with the clogged bathtub drain (hello drano!) but George was able to help me out with a good price (I think he felt for me as a new mom) and he unclogged it right away. I will definitely be calling Mr Rooter for future plumbing issues, they are quick, professional, and very friendly. Thanks again!
