    Plumbing

    I called Mr Rooter on a Sunday as I had water coming down from my kitchen ceiling. I requested a senior plumber as I didn't want to break open my walls to find the problem unless it was totally necessary. Well they sent Rick Phillips. He was professional, polite and totally dedicated to getting to the bottom of the problem before breaking open my wall. He spent hours doing tests to avoid doing so and low and behold discovered it was and issue where there tub attached to the drain. I'm so grateful for all his efforts and expertise in finding the issue without having to break open my walls. Thanks Rick!

    replace clay pipe sewer line with plastic insert

    We noticed some back-up when the washing machine would empty. We knew the line to the street should be cleared so called Mr Rooter. Our plumber, George Shakh, was professional, informative and knowledgeable about the problem. He showed me on the camera the broken clay pipe and the amount of tree roots infesting the line. He told us our best options for the problem, and when we could not have someone do the job the next day, he came back out to clean the line so we could buy some time, until Mr. Rooter could permanently repair the problem. Also, the owner's son called personally to assure us everything was being done to get us through the next few days without any issues. We will definately call Mr. Rooter again for plumbing issues. Thanks!!

    Main outside drain pipe replacement

    Great service! Had some drainage back-up issues in my basement, due to old house / pipes. Travis was efficient, knowledgeable, clear and helpful. Definitely no hesitation in recommending him whatsoever.

    Plumbing

    Plumber (Justin) arrived the day I called. He was very polite, knowledgeable and prompt at correcting the plumbing issue. I had an additional issue as well not related to the call. He had a look and was able to correct that issue on spot as well.

    Plumbing

    There was a major sewer back-up going through all my drains in the basement. After getting some unreliable advice and quotes, I called Mr. Rooter. Travis M called me back immediately and came out within 2 hours. Assessed the damage using up-to-date equipment, finding that the old clay pipes had burst. He got a crew to come in the next day (Sunday) and the job was done within 4 hours. Travis was helpful and friendly, but most importantly, he didn't talk down to me, answering all my questions.

    Drain issues

    Called Out Mr. Rooter at 1pm on Saturday. Given an appointment between 3-5 pm same day. Travis Magee one of their technicians, responded on time, was completely professional and customer service oriented, did a thorough video inspection and cleared out the back-up. He then made recommendations and scheduled follow up work for Monday at 9 AM. The Mr. Rooter team was there again on time and completed the installation of the backwater valve project by mid day today. Now that's efficiency! Wouldn't hesitate to call them back again!

    Replace Sewer Line under Home

    Travis Mayer was fantastic, this was in our rental property to we needed the work done quickly and neatly. Travis was able to get an amazing crew on site and all work completed in 5 days.

    Video Inspection of Drain Problem

    Finally, after a week and a few companies (all highly rated on this site), I found what I was desperately searching for: a bright, focused trouble-shooter, enter Mr. Rooter’s drain technician, Travis. He was undaunted by the cast iron drain system of my Victorian. Though the house was built in 1889, there had never had an issue with the drain pipes, consequently, the cleanout, had not been touched since the plumbing went in and has sealed shut with age. No problem, Travis does a video inspection through the 1st floor toilet drain and gets to the heart of the problem in no time, and with additional locate gear, he is able to precisely define a small area of big concern (ie: pipe collapse). Before reinstalling the toilet, he replaced the worn out flange rubber gasket thing, at no charge: a good faith, great customer service gesture. I signed on the dotted line. Tomorrow, a crew will dig out and replace of the broken drain and I look forward to reporting back with a happy ending. I now have a ‘Go To’ guy. Other reviewers give companies a 10 when very satisfied with the service, so far Mr. Rooter, with Travis on board, rates a 20.

    Leaky Pipe

    After the first plumber Mr Rooter sent out took 4 hours to fix our original leak but caused 2 more in the process, Mr. Rooter sent over Rick P. True professional and very knowledgeable. He had the issues caused by the first plumber fixed in 45 minutes. Very happy with Rick. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I'm calling specifically for Rick P.

    Replaced sump pump

    It was pouring rain on a Saturday night and our sump pump would not turn on. We called Mr Rooter and right away a technician arrived. Travis knew what was needed, he had all the parts with him and quickly remedied the problem. The price was also fair. We would definitely call Travis again!
