    Toilet issues, draining issues

    Great friendly and prompt service. My mom was having issues at her home and we called Mr. Rooter over. Very fast response time, good pricing, and quick resolution. If we have an issue we will call back again. I would recommend Mr. Rooter

    Replace stack

    After we moved into an 80 year old house, we noticed the existing stack may need someone to look at. We found a few plumbers from homestar and at last we went with Mr. Rooter. We are very happy with our decision because "Mr. Rooter" was very professional and responsible. They finished their job over time because the second floor part of the stack was a bit harder to get to and it took them a lot longer than expected. They finished their job and cleaned it afterwards as if they were never here. He also gave us advice on how to maintain the stack going forward as they saw a lot of grease buildup down the sewage out of our house. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest plumber we found, but they are worth the extra $ when it comes to plumbing.

    blocked Insinkerator

    Our kitchen sink has a pretty powerful insinkerator that stopped working suddenly. Mr. Rooter sent a technician within a few hours to fix it. Quick diagnosis, service with a smile, and very respectful of property, This was the second time in 5 years that we had to call them to snake the blockage and will not hesitate to use their services again.

    Toilet issues

    My toilet would not stop running. I called Mr Rooter and within an hour Neil showed up. He was extremly polite and fixed the problem with ease. I was very pleased to see how clean he kept/left everything as it was almost like he was never here. I will definitely use Mr Rooter again

    bathroom and kitchen

    I am so happy with choosing this company for my renovations...very clean work, excellent material used..no mess no fuss just the way i like it...i would use and recomend this company anytime...very happy with finnished product...thankyou

    snaking the pipes

    I Found that the customer service from this company over the phone was outstanding. I easily had someone come to my home and fix my pipes without any hassle, I would definitely recommend this company!

    Flood

    In 2009, we had a major flood in our basement. I called Mr. Rooter and they came immediately. They are polite, hard working and they investigated and solved the problem right away. In the summer of 2012, we had another flood. I called Mr. Rooter and they came to my house and checked out the possible reasons for the flood. The plumber called and had the manager come to my house. They showed me on the camera that the flood was caused by my outside drain pipe and the leaves that were blocking the downspouts on my roof. I had the leaves cleared and the downspouts repaired and no more water in my basement! They were amazing! They investigate, explain the problem and find a solution. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter as a plumbing company.

    Leak

    We had a terrible leak (the result of a terribly designed drainage system). Richard came within two hours of my call and was friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem and solved it so quickly (and affordably). We need to have more extensive work done and I won't hesitate to use them again.

    clogged drain

    I kept hearing advertisements about this company so I decided to call them for my clogged drain and other issues. Not only were they able to unclog the drain but also worked efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Definitely would recommend them.

    Plumbing

    I had received their service for plumbing done in our basement bathroom (bath, sink, toilet). Their service was excellent, their work was very clean, and their service guy was very professional. I would recommend them.
