    Waste pipe replacement

    The plumbing technician that came was excellent. Phil was professional and prompt and made sure the job was done right. The digging crew were way less reliable! They took nearly a week (including the weekend) and when it was inspected by Phil part of it had to be redone. After a week and $10,000 -- I'd expect better! service.

    Replace Toilet

    The one and only toilet in my condo broke on Easter Sunday when every business is closed for the day. I called Mr. Rooter and someone showed up within a couple hours. Although it took a while to fix, the job was eventually completed. 2 months later, it turned out the toilet wasn't installed properly and was slowly leaking to the unit below. i contacted Mr. Rooter again and they immediately sent someone over to fix the issue. Long story short i was happy that the team at mr.rooter was able to fix my toilet properly and fix the damages caused by their initial installation.

    plumbing - faucets

    My father's home had the faucets in the bathroom leaking or not working at all. Mr Rooter came and gave the estimate for the repair and as the faucets were really old the parts had to be ordered. A few days later the install was completed in good order after the parts came in.

    installation of toilet, kitchen and bath taps

    contacted Mr. Rooter at 8:30pm and by noon the next day, I not only had received confirmation that a plumbing technician was booked but "Richard" arrived, did an excellent job installing and was out the door.

    Leaky pipes

    Yet another great service from Mr Rooter! While doing my kitchen renos, my contractor found out that the plumbing in the kitchen was faulty: water started gushing from the kitchen down into the garage. Called Mr. Rooter to fix the problem and one of their plumbers showed up within a couple of hours. Thanks Richard C., the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Richard was very professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks Richard! Mr. Rooter also does a great follow-up job after the work is done to ensure that everything was done to the customer's satisfaction.

    Fixed clogged kitchen sink

    Our kitchen sink was completely blocked. I called Mr. Rooter and within two hours we had a plumber at our house to fix the problem. He was very courteous and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly, explained what we could do to prevent it in the future and cleaned up after he was finished. We were very pleased with this service and would definitely call Mr. Rooter again to fix any plumbing issues.

    Plumbing

    We had a plumbing nightmare last night. No working toilets in the house and sewage spewing up through the drains in the basement. D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G. Mr. Rooter sent a technician to our house within the hour of contacting them. Ziggy, our technician, was polite, courteous and most importantly, he knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem right away and was very clear when explaining it and the work that was necessary. When completing the work, the tech hit a snag (literally) that kept him on the job hours longer than he had anticipated. Nonetheless, he kept going until the wee hours and returned bright and early to finish the job. At the end of the job, he did what he said he would do and charged us the amount we expected to pay, even though additional materials were required due to the unexpected issue. Ziggy was a star - a Homestar. If you run into plumbing issues, i hope that you are lucky enough to be serviced by a true professional like him.

    Sewage pipe replacement

    Had a very positive experience with Mr. Rooter replacing "Y" valve joint in underground sewage pipe that was causing a back up. From first call to unclog, through to digging and replacing joint piece, everything was done in less than 24 hours including an emergency fix Saturday evening and a full repair Sunday morning. Great service! Pricing competitive and fair - would recommend and use again. Kudos to Travis Magee for turning this unpalatable experience to a fast efficient fix.

    locating the leak from washroom

    We had a leak from our washroom upstairs to our living room on the main floor. Your mechanic John Dima spotted the leak ,gave us an estimate and did an excellant job. We are very happy with the service. Thank you

    Plumbing Leak

    We found a leak on our dining room ceiling so we looked up several plumbers on Homestars. I wish I had called Mr. Rooter first because the first individual who came to open the ceiling and perform an estimate from another top-rated company on Homestars (not Mr. Rooter) quoted me a price 3x what the job was worth and wanted to sell me a new toilet as well! I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion and John came by. Although John seemed a bit rushed and wanted us to make a decision quickly (which was tough given that we were told opposing information by another plumber), John quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted honest prices that were written down in his manual, and fixed the toilet flange in no time (and we did not need a new toilet). John is very experienced and does professional work. Although it was already pretty late in the evening, he did the plumbing home inspection for us as well and gave us some helpful tips. Thanks for a great job - we'll certainly call Mr. Rooter again for our plumbing needs.
