    Replacement of washing machine shut-off valves.

    My technician John was prompt and worked efficiently. He did good quality work and completed the job quickly. I would recommend John to others, however I do find the company's pricing expensive.

    Sewer line repair

    We called Mr. Rooter to check for issues with our sewer line. We noticed a sewage smell in the basement and were not able to find a blockage ourselves using a snake. Mr. Rooter sent over Phil Stinner, a Plumbing Technician, the same night we called. Using a camera, he found that the clay pipe leaving the house had collapsed. Phil called in utility locates and booked a crew for the next morning. The excavation crew was amazing! They dug three small holes to access the pipe and replaced everything in only 2 days. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again if we need a plumber.

    Toilet Trouble

    Plumbing Technician Joseph Di Stefano quickly diagnosed the problem and with precision and honesty solved it super fast. Great, fast acting company with courteous, talented and professional technicians! Thank you so much Joseph!

    Plumbers - backed up drain,

    The shower in my basement was backing up. The plumber that I call for small things didn't have the tools to fix it and told me to call Mr. Rooter. I called them at 8pm on a Sunday night. They sent Joseph Di Stephanio in a couple of hours. A quick response was important to me because I didn't want the basement to flood. Joseph was great - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He cleared up the problem and then walked me though everything that I needed to know in order to keep it clean.

    Toilet Installation

    Joe from Mr Rooter installed a toilet at my Mom's place this past weekend. He was on time, efficient, helpful and ver thorough. I would recommend Joe and Mr Rooter any time. Paul

    Shower leak fixed!

    Mr. Marc Resendes was right on time, immediately assessed the problem and fixed the leak in less than 40 mins! These guys are awesome. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

    Plumbing

    Joseph Di Stefano cleared our drains for us in an emergency situation. He showed up faster then the time promised and he was very efficient with his work He was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this service again!

    plugged toilet and blocked kitchen sink

    We had a slow draining sink that we chose to live with the last few weeks. Soon as the toilet plugged up I went on homestars and found great reviews for Mr. Rooter. Joseph arrived, walked me through the issues, explained the cause and cure in great detail. Went straight to work and we were running in no time at all. Joseph Di Stephano was extremely friendly, gracious and all around nice guy - and he fixed the problems quickly! Highly recommend him to anyone & everyone

    Leaking kitchen tap

    In attempting to replace a cartridge in a kitchen singl lever tap that was constnly dripping, I encountered a problem in the re-assenmbly of it. I called Mr Rooter and got a great reception on the phone. The receptionist assured me it could be fixed and a service guy would be there within the hour. John Dima arrived shortley thereafter, and proceeded to work on the tap. In short order he assessed that the tap was broken and presented a plan to replace it as well as some other modifications to the shut off valves. I approved the work and now have a new, and better functioning tap. John worked quickly, did a GREAT job, and made sure everything was in perfect order when he left. He took pride in his work and made sure I was satidfied, including ensuring there was no debis left behind. He took care of some things that were bugging me for years and I appreciated that. John can come back ANYTIME.

    clogged drain

    Mr. Joseph Di Stefano was very polite, very efficient and very clean. When he came to our door the second time, he knocked and waited for us to open the door. Other servicemen have just entered. He cleared our clog, which was very bad, in approximately 30 minutes.
