    Clogged Toilet

    Both their office and technician provided excellent service. Very professional, pleasant and very efficient. Fixed our clogged toilet in minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Ask for David Munoz!

    Toilet plumming emergency

    Had a damaged toilet water connection - had to shut off water to the entire house. Anthony C. was at the house within about 1 hour in the evening after phoning Mr Rooter. Dispatcher was very good and accurate. Provided estimate - very resonable. After approving estimate the job was completed within about 20 min. He had the parts and knowledge to get the job done right. This morning toilet is working well - better than before. Best part - very friendly service - that is a nice bonus. I would recommed this company to friends/family.

    replace/repair internal leaking pipe

    within days of discovering leak about the kitchen called Mr. rooter and within less than 2 hours Anthony (now our official plumber) came to the rescue. within moment he determined the location of the leak, we quickly discussed the pricing of the repair and got right on it. He was polite diligent and resourceful. I'd recommend their services to any other in need of a professional plumber.

    toilet replacement

    Anthony Card arrived in a timely fashion to solve our plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon. While being stressed out about the plumbing that was leaking Anthony quickly calmed me down and went about solving the leak. We are extremely satisfied with Mr Rooter and their wonderful plumber Anthony, we strongly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you very much Anthony and Mr Rooter.

    Clogged drain and extra connection to a drain

    Mr Ziggy was a real pleasure , he has great knowledge of Plumbing and answered all my concerns. Job well done, he cleaned up after himself, he made us aware of the cost before doing the job so there were no surprises. I recommend Mr Rooter for everyday plumbing needs.

    shower replacement

    Quick courteous service with a smile. Very pleasant to deal with and great follow up service. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. You will be happy

    unclog kitchen sink

    Brian arrived on time, polite, curteous,and helpful. he completed the job in good order and checked that the drain was working properly before packing up. A pleasure to deal with, will call for service again.

    Plumbing - Leaky pipe in kitchen that needed extension

    Ziggy Koska was very helpful, courteous and informative. He took time to explain the job that needed to be done. He did his job with professionalism and competence and he did it in a timely manner. When the job was completed, he took the effort to ask if there's anything else in the house that needed repairs. I wish that Mr. Rooter can make it more affordable for me to use its service again should I need to in the future.

    repaired a toilet that was not flushing

    I was in a hurry to get my toilet fixed since it was running water and I worried it would overflow. I called two others first and they said the earliest they could be here was tomorrow which was totally unacceptable. I called Mr. Rooter and I was told that they would be here in an hour. I was impressed b/c John was on time, and repaired the toilet quickly in about 20 minutes. I will not use any other plumber any more since they are honest, efficient and dependable.

    dishwasher installation

    Our own attempt to unhook our old dishwaher resulted in a broken pipe and minor flood. Within an hour of our call to Mr Rooter, John Dima came to our door and quickly assessed the problem. We appreciated his knowledge, promptness, and calm manner (on this and the following day). Thanks, John!
