    Kitchen Pipe Burst! Needed to be replaced

    I was shocked at how seamless the process was to arrange a plumber at such short notice. A HUGE thank you to our Plumber Mr. Sarapanovshii who not only fixed the pipe in the kitchen but spent sometime showing us how the water system works in our loft as we only just moved in!! AMAZING SERVICE ALL ROUND!!

    clogged drains, and replacement of pipes

    We had a sudden flooding in our basement due to what we initially thought to be a very clogged drain. Jordan Green of Mr. Rooter was wonderful to work with. Throughout the process he proved to be very knowledgeable, and willing to go out of his way to meet our needs. His assessment of our basement led us to realize that our real problem was the clay pipe underneath our front lawn that had been attacked by roots. The crew who came to dig were very thorough in their work, and left minimal impact on my lawn.

    Plumbing

    I had Anthony (Tony) Card from Mr Rooter East help me out with a shower replacement and dishwasher install a few weeks ago and the service was excellent. Tony was very professional, friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend his services to others!

    Plumbing service

    Mr. Rooter recently completed replacement of an old, leaky main water shut-off in my home. Domenic Previte was really nice to deal with and explained the benefits of Mr. Rooter's "Advantage Plan", which I ended up puchasing. The repair itself was flawless and Domenic waited until the City turned the water back on to make sure everything was fine. Job well done, thanks.

    Main Valve Issues

    We were looking to do some basic plumbing around the house but were having issues with the main water valve. Rather than risking it ourselves, we called Mr. Rooter to give us a hand. We got an appointment the next day and our problem was solved in just a few minutes! Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

    leakage under sink

    John Dima did an excellent job . He prompt, curtuos,And very proffetional . I recommend him highly for any plumming job . He responded to all my quetions in a simple manner and made me have full confidence . His work was wthout rproach . Thank you Mr Dima .

    Fixing Water Leak

    I had an emergency leak that was constant. I called Mr Rooter and Anthony Card was onsite within an hour. His customer service was amazing and he was very helpful and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He had the problem fixed within an hour. Anthony Card's hard work and exceptional customer service, will not make me hestitate to call Mr Rooter Plumbing again.

    Leak in bathroom

    There was a leak in our basement bathroom and the pipes are behind our tiled walls. Our plumber, John Dima was knowledgeable and very efficient. He fixed the leak without having to break our tiles - a huge relief for us! I'd recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone!

    Leaky Sink, reaplced steel clamp and valve for water filter, Biochoice bottle, Membership

    Mr. Brian Pellet visited my house on August 25th, 2011 to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He gave me a free quote, told me the entire plumbing under my sink did NOT need to be redone, and, after I agreed to proceed with his suggested repair, Mr. Pellet finished the job effectively. The area under my sink is still dry! He also noted that I had a rusty valve and water filter clamp that wasn't up to code. That part was going to fail in a couple of years, so Mr. Pellet replaced those parts with copper pipe, fittings, and a brass valve. I'm happy to not have to worry about the old fittings suddenly rusting away and causing water to flood everywhere several years from now. And obviously it's better to have everything up to code so that insurance companies will still cover you. He also noticed my kitchen sink drain was somewhat clogged, and sold me a bottle of BiochoiceES drain cleaner. I poured in a capful at night, and the next morning I was surprised to see the water drain much faster in my sink! I was a little scared that I had been sold an expensive bottle of liquid plumber, but this BiochoiceES product is obviously far more effective. Since I just recently bought a house (and because I was pleased with the work Mr. Pellet had done), I decided to get a lifetime membership with Mr. Rooter. With a house, one never knows when a good plumber will be needed, and the membership ensures lower pricing on repairs. Due to the work I had done, I saved approximately 50% off the membership fees anyway. Mr. Pellet is an extremely nice person, and I would recommend his work unreservedly! He is the reason I bought a membership. Excellent job! Thank you!

    Main drain replacement at the front of the house

    I had roots break through the clay pipes in my front yard resulting in a basement flood. When Sean came to the house and started to talk about what needed to be done he was very articulate and thorough. I immediately felt confident that the choices we made with his guidance were the right ones, including digging up a section of the basement to replace the last of the clay pipe under the house, adding on the job of replacing the intake pipe. The workers who did the work were courteous and patient with all my concerns regarding the garden. The last day I met Fred who washed out my drain. I was surprised to find he was as nice as Sean. It seems to me Mr Rooter highers the right people. I highly recommend them
