    Install wash basin and taps

    2nd time I used Mr.Rooter and second time a great job was done! And the bill was even lower than I expected. Each time an issue came up he informed me what the result would look like before he started the next step. So there were no surprises. He came on time and stayed until the job was done. This time I purchased all the parts I wanted used before he came. There was no problem and this saved some money and time.

    Bathroom repair

    Alex was punctual, curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained clearly the issues with our broken faucet and emergency shut off valves, and went above and beyond to salvage our sink. Overall very happy with our experience. Only negative is that he forgot to offer us Air Miles.

    plumbing

    I was on my way out of town for an end of summer vacation when I realized my car battery was dead. I was lucky enough to flag down a Mr Rooter service van in front of the building. The tech (Kieth Harkness - thanks so much!) was more than happy to help jump the engine. Big help, he saved the day. If I ever need a plumber these are the guys I'm calling.

    leak in water pipe that was difficult to detect

    Excellent, immediate response on the weekend, excellent service, pleasant knowledgeable service man. The problem was detected quickly and the job was done quickly with no mess. I will use them again.

    Clogged drains and installation of kitchen faucet

    We moved into a previously owned house in July of 2009, by the end of August both the kitchen and bathtub drains were very slow and did not improve by using drain-o. Also, we wanted to replace the kitchen faucet and at one time thought we might be able to do-it-yourself but to be honest we don't know what we're doing. We called Mr. Rooter when the kitchen sink was so bad that it took an hour for a sinkful of water to go down. Our technician, Alex, showed up within a few hours of us calling dispach (on time) and he did all the work that was needed, completely removing the pipes under the sink and finding about 10 plastic drinking straws in there (thanks to the previous owner). While he was working, he found a tiny crack in one of the pipes (p trap), which he pointed out to us, then replaced for no charge, which was pretty nice. All the work was done very cleanly, and professionally.

    plumbing service

    I contracted with Mr. Rooter a few years ago and have renewed every year as their service has been excellent. Their technicians are very professional, show up when they say they will, and without exception, have solved any plumbing problem we have had--and there have been many in this 70 year old house. Brian Pellett exemplifies the level of service we have come to expect from Mr. Rooter- very knowledgable, polite, and an excellent plumbing diagnostician. Thank-you!

    Toilet Leak

    Toilet's turn-off valve started to leak. Mr Rooter replaced the leaking valve and pipe leading up to the water tank was replaced with a flexible pipe. Price was on the high side but the work was clean, fast, and plumber was a professional.

    Installation of 3 replacement toilets

    Mr. Dima promptly greeted us at our home and worked his plumbing skills to install our 3 new "thrones" with excellent results. He was very pleasant, efficient and caring. His work was exceptional, perfectly plumbed, clean and now weel-cared for.

    kitchen drain and bathrooml toilet flushing probems

    Brian Pellett a plumber arrived an hour after I called Mr. Rooter. He did the repairs in a timely fashion and was gone. Wow! I'm impressed! He even cleaned up after himself.!!!What a treat to have a very knowledgeable person taking care of my drain problems at a resonable price. Fantastic job!!!!     Move dishwasher

    For some reason the previous homeowners installed the dishwasher on the opposite side of the kitchen from the sink, where it sat all lonely and stuff. I decided it was time to reunite the dishwasher with its appliance friends, so I called Mr Rooter to help me. Robert was polite, professional and thorough and did a great job. I'm very happy with the experience.
