    Shut-off valve replacement

    The service was excellent from the moment I called to the final handshake at the door.John D was friendly, courteous, and proffesional.I will definitely use their services again. Many thanks for an excellent job!

    Bathroom Vanity Sink Back up

    Chris the plumber was professional in diagnosing the problem. Straight up with the issue and price. Worked until the job was done and explained what was required to fix our problem. Kept us well informed throughout the process. AND cleaned up after the job was done.

    Plugged sink

    I had a plugged up sink, so I called Mr Rooter. John the technician was friendly and knowledgable, showed up right on time, was clean and very courteous. He wore booties over his boots so he would not leave a mess. He completed the job promptly and effeciently and gave me tips to maintain the drains on my own. He left the place in sparkling condition. Thank you John, and thank you Mr. Rooter

    Toilet clearing and repair

    Andrew explained things, gave advice, and fixed the problems. He was very courteous and helpful. I would be pleased to have him represent your company any time. Having him work in this house was a pleasure.

    Faucet repair

    We called Fred because we needed a service call for a problematic faucet. Fred walked me through a simple proceduce that solved our problem immediately and all at NO CHARGE! What a difference, because I had called another compnay & they wanted $100 just to come out to the call. Thanks for the great service & advise!

    whole bunch of plumbing redone

    I had some major plumbing work done on my house. Andrew was a real professional and really knew what he was doing. Also I might seriously add that he is a very hard worker. I was really impressed with the work that he did and his availability to get it done. I called many many plumbers and these guys responded when I needed them and came on time every time. My only complaint is that the cost was pretty high. However you do get what you pay for, great work that is insured.

    Replace valves to outside faucets

    Ziggy arrived on time and first assesed the job and gave me an estimate for replacing leaky water valve. After I agreed to the charges Ziggy went about his job in a professional manner and was very efficent and neat.

    unplug toilet, remove hotwater mixer, repair leaky valves

    Very professional, friendly, did not waste time, work was right on.Highly recommended.I also like the fact that you get air miles points, and they also offer a lifetime membership, which will earn you an extra discount.

    fixed plugged kitchen sink

    Andrew from mr. rooter was very efficient and professional. He found the problem, explained what it was and proceeded to fix it quickly. Also informed me how to avoid it in future. Work was quick and clean.

    Clogged sink

    We were dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for a week. After many unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem myself, I called Mr. Rooter. The company was accomodating and responsive. Andrei , Plumbing Technican provided us with fast, courteous and professional service. He also gave us helpful tips to prevent this from happening in the future. He left everybody in a perfect clean codition. Overall I was very happy with my experience.
