    Plumbing

    Mr. Rooter service is great because they come out ASAP to attend to your plumbing needs. We are especially impressed with one of their plumbers, Andrew, who has served us a number of times and is always really courteous and helpful He takes time to explain where the problems are and is happy to accompany you to purchase any necessary items (taps, toilets etc).

    Leaking pipes

    I found Mr. Rooter in the yellow pages. We had 2 problems: a leaking pipe in the basement, and a leak from the upstairs shower. The repairman, Alex Myroniuk was prompt and efficient. He explained the issues to me clearly and made the necessary repairs. He even gave me advice on things to do to avoid future problems. I am extremely pleased with the service.

    kitch drain backup

    Our drain was completely backup and we didn't have a clue how to fix it ourselves. So, we went to the yellow pages and picked out Mr.Rooter as a possible repair facilitor ... they service person showed up in a timely manner, ready to work, he got to the problem and left the work area clean, the booties are a real nice touch, he showed respect for our property. Thanks Again

    toilet repair

    These guys are what plumbing should be. Our past plumbers were very expensive, and were always managed to add on more items. Chris gave me a free quote with no pressure. He was professional, quick and the price was very reasonable. I will call these guys every time.

    Drain system video inspection

    Fast, professioal, very well organized. Knowagable and curtious. As the superintendent of a 30 story highrise codominium building in North York, I see many different service contractors and can tell the true pros from the hacks. Thanks to Mr. Brian Pellet and Keith Harkness for solving a long standing plumbing mistery with their video gear and experiance.

    Tap leak

    Chris from Mr Rooter was very helpful! I had a leaky tap which many plumber saw but couldn't find the cause of the leak. He showed me the issue and was fix within minutes. As a new home owner, Chris showed me how maintain the plumbing in my home. Thank you Chris for all your help

    Toilet adjustment

    I know I've gained weight, but didn't know enough to make my toilet all wobbly. Called Mr. Rooter and within and hour John showed up at my house. Not sure if he understood my strange sense of humour, but he removed my toilet replaced the gasket and fixed it all up so that it doesn't wobble anymore. John was very pleasant and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost me before he even started working. Now I don't have to be afraid of falling off the toilet!! Thanks Mr. Rooter and John

    kitchen drain repair

    kitchen sink drain developed a hole and poured water all over the cupboard underneath. Alex was here quickly, the repair was perfect and he even fixed a mistake by a previous plumber at no charge. He told me to call him back if any problem came up with the work for the next year he will address it at no charge....

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    My mothers is 78 years old and lives on her own in Toronto. She had an old leaking kitchen faucet which needed to be replace. After calling several companies, Mr. Rooter plumbing was the only company to get back to me. They told me a plumber was being sent out immediately and one was there within an hour. He gave me a price which I fealt was very reasonable and replaced the faucet right there and then. Both my mother and I were very pleased with the service we received and the time frame we received it in. I will definitely recoment Mr Rooter plumbing to all my family and friends.

    Toilet leak repair

    Mr. Rooter is a very professional and conscientious company. They told me exactly when someone would call, and when someone could come. They allowed an alternate number too. When Vadym arrived, he covered his shoes and investigated the problem. He was very clear about what the problem could be and he even showed me drawings in his book. His book contained prices as well so I never felt I was being ripped off. He did the work right away once I approved the cost and he solved the problem and cleaned up everything perfectly. His caulking skills are excellent. He put a perfect bead of caulking around the base of the toilet. Needless to say I'm very picky about that kind of thing and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how well he did it. I would highly recommend Vadym and Mr. Rooter.
