    Water migration problem

    The plumber name is Ziggy and he did an excellent job fixing a very delicate problem with water migration in my house. He replaced the right cartridge in tub/shower shower faucet and save time and money. Many thanks Ziggy !

    toilet replaced and toilet repair

    Ziggy was very polite when he came to the door and very good at letting me know what needed doing and getting right on the job. he did a thorough job and left everything neat & tidy after he was finished. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend him to my friends.

    FIXED BLOCKED TOILET

    He came to the School within 30 minutes, and cleared the obstruction. Most appreciated. This is a School with very young children, and the bathroom for this classroom has to be functional at all times, of course.

    Leaky faucet

    Robert Plantic came to fix a very leaky faucet in our old house. He was courteous and professional and made sure that the job was done to both our satisfaction. He also noted what other work we'd need on potential problems down the line and how we'd have to go about doing it. A small note that I appreciated was that he took care to wear booties over his shoes which was great since we never wear shoes in the house. I'm not sure how Mr. Rooter's prices compare with other plumbers so one could shop around but the service is very satisfactory and professional.

    replaced tap cartridges in shower

    Cold tap in shower would not shut off due to broken cartrgde. Brian had the hardware on hand and replaced both the hot and cold without any incidents within a half hour. I have used Brian in the past and he has been great.

    New faucets in two bathrooms

    Alex was clean (he put little booties over his shoes when he came in the house), efficient (the whole job was complete in 2 hrs), clearly understood what needed to be done and explained the cost breakdown clearly. He also cleaned up any mess from the work before he left.

    Install new kitchen & washroom faucets

    I had two faucets changed by Mr. Alex Myroniuk from Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Service is very fast, excellent, on time & very reasonable price. Technician Alex is very trustworthy, polite & very experienced technician. He really cleans up the area after the works are done. I would go back to Mr. Rooter & Alex again for any future plumbing services. My overall experience is AAA+++.

    Emergency Pipe repair, after hours

    A pipe leaking through your basement wall is not something you want to find at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Within 2 hours of calling Mr. Rooter, John had arrived, quoted and completed the repair and was on his way. He even suggested a quick solution that could help save us from further issues. John's expertise, quick resolution and quality work will definitely make me a return customer. Thank you!

    Plumbing, removal of galvanized steel pipe

    Nothing special about this job -- removal of one galvanized steel pipe in my basement. Brian was professional, helpful and thorough. He was also informative and helpful about other future projects I inquired generally about. One minor hiccup is that the company promised a plumber in the morning of the day, but called again to reschedule for early afternoon. Brian was on time for the appointment, but it was not the original appointment that was booked with us. Otherwise great :)

    Fixed a leak

    Came by on Saturday afternoon and found the leak quickly and did his best to make the necessary repairs without tearing away walls or ceilings...much appreciated. Area was clean afterwards and he was very professional.
