    My kids kept plugging the bathtub, until I just could not fix it myself.

    Robert, the technician, was here super fast, on a Saturday morning. He worked independently, cleanly, and very safely --which is fundamental in a house with small children. He did not just solve the problem we had this time, but the problems that we had been having all along for which we had not asked for help as they were just annoying but not critical. After the job was done, he left the place in perfect conditions, no mess, no problems. I am buying a membership, for sure!

    Toilet replacement

    Our company has been looking for a great plumber to come into our office and do a great job. Robert and Neil had all their information organized and answered many questions. Their prices are reasonable and their service is beyond exceptional. Not only do they know how to do the job right but they do it in a short time and they are very friendly. I strongly recommend these plumbers.

    Laudry tub leakage

    Had an emergency need to fix leaking laundry set up which was causing a flood. We could not figure out where the leak was and had to call around for help while the water was flooding. John arrived soon after the call and was able to find the problem right away. He quickly stopped the floor and replaced te parts that were worn out and causing a leak. We were fully satisfied with the work.

    Complete Tank Overhaul

    I got back from vacation and my toilet was not flushing. One day later Mr. Rooter showed up "awesome service". I did not say it was an emergency. It was very inconvenient for me as it is Pride Weekend and I have a cocktail/dinner party for 30 friends on Saturday night and all weekend my condo is party central in the village. Rob & Neil (in training) showed up courteous, friendly, professional and on time. Gave me a clear estimate and it was that easy for me. I had called the Property Management and they recommended another supplier, but I still have not heard from them to date. I will cancel that request for sure. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. They are the best for me and will recommend them to all my friends. I bought the lifetime advantage plan @ $99 for assurance and peace of mind. If I have any other problems, I know I will be calling Mr. Rooter (hands down)

    replaced main shut off valve

    Saturday night i got a leak from the shut off valve in the basement called Mr. Rooter, i got great service and advice of what has to be done from their dispatcher. i got the city to shut off main valve from the street sunday morning then the plumber Alex Myroniuk was there, had it fixed up fast and with no mess, great job. He advised me for a little extra charge, i need too install a flow regulator. The system seems tobe working fine . I see an improvement already in the way my faucets shut off, great advise alex!! Keep up the great work guys and girls in the office!!!!! thanks from Ron & Melany Porter

    Leaking faucet

    after calling at 9pm the night before Robert showed up as promised between 9-10am the next day. He was courtious and looked and the leak in the faucet and indicated I'd have to replace the whole thing dur to the size and fit of the water intake. He offered to show me the facets that he had or I could supply my own and install at a later date. I've since gone shopping and installed it myself, but the time he spent to explain things to me and provide options was great. I'll definitely ask for Robert again and use Mr. Rooter.

    Repaired a clogged sink.

    Having called for a clogged sink late on a Friday afternoon, the phone response was very fast, friendly and helpful and plumber Chris Cochrane arrived shortly thereafter and had the problem identified and fixed in no time flat, and was extremely professional and friendly in the process. I'd use again without hesitation!

    fixed leaky faucet

    Friendly, reliable service. Was not able to fix the problem at first because he did not have the necessary parts. Within about a day was able to track down the item and come back to my apartment to fix the leak. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my family and friends.

    Unclogging our old toilet

    Replaced main water valve and faucets

    John came to replace the water valve to the house. As he was getting ready to leave I mentioned that even though I replaced the washers occasionally the faucets in my laundry room would still leak. John gave me an estimate, I approved it and right away he replaced the faucets and installed more durable washing machine connections to the taps. I found him to be professional and was very pleased with his work. He took away the old stuff and didn't leave a mess. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks John.
