    plumbing pipe investigation & clearing blockage

    Very professional, informative, quickly found the problem and recommended solutions. His competence, knowledge, and straight-talking manner were greatly appreciated. After asking us for the symptoms, he zeroed in on the potential issues, then performed various tests and inspections, found where the problem originated, and gave us several choices for a solution - with the pros and cons of each one. We were able to make an informed decision and he carried out his work quickly and efficiently.

    Replaced a stopper in a sink and replaced Moen cartridge

    He was very efficient and only recommended to me what was necessary as well as being a very pleasant person. The cost was fair. I would recommend him and use him again.

    hot water tank problem

    Robert Plantic was very professional when he came into home. He knew what he was doing and made sure to inform us of the work he would be doing. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied.

    snaking out clogged sinks; installing kitchen taps; re-doing piping.

    Nick was very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing (and other home construction issues!). He worked tirelessly to solve various problems that we had. I would heartily recommend Nick and Mr. Rooter!

    Serwer line Replacement

    We had an emergency sewer line replacement. It was just excellent service from the original assessment, quote, working crew and followup. Every one was very curtious. It was not an easy job but it was done very well and promptly. We have a stone patio and some stairs to our basement They had to dig down at least eight feet and managed to keep our back yard in great shape. Not a pleasant experience but these guys really did a great job and helped us ake the best of it

    Broken toilet mounting flange

    We had a broken toilet which needed a professional. It was after six in the evening but I called Mr. Rooter. It was less than one hour between the time I called and the time Mr. Dima arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a firm price. He then determined that he did not have all the necessary parts but went out to get them. He came back and did the work and cleaned the work area completely. I am very pleased with both the response time and the work done by Mr. Dima and the the Mr. Rooter organization. Thank-you.

    Bathroom faucet leak

    My parent's faucet, which I had attempted to fix unsuccessfully, was was completely broken and leaking and to make matters worse, there was no emergency shut off valve hence a lot of water was going down the drain. It was time to call a professional but on a Sunday evening, this wasn't an easy proposition. I suggested Mr. Rooter and lo and behold, they stuck to their promise and delivered. We received the call back in a timely fashion and Robert was there to take care of the task at hand. He provided us with options and recommendations and answered all questions regarding the new installation. Moreover, he did a fine job cleaning up; completed the work in a timely fashion; and was very respectful to my parents which was very important to me. I didn't want them to worry about this and they didn't given Robert's professionalism and respect for his clients. I am sure we will call him again.

    Plugged drain and Garbage Disposal

    Yikes! Guests for dinner in an hour and the sink and garbage disposal are blocked and backing up. John was there in half an hour. He unplugged the disposal and the sink and even cleaned up the mess so the kitchen was sparkling! Thank you John Dima - you are awesome!

    Water line replacement

    Professional and courteous, these guys did a nice, quick and clean job, and left the place looking great. They had to dig down about 8 feet through gnarly tree roots, and also break a hole in our basement- torpedo did the rest. And best of all, they matched a lower bid that I got from another firm. Now, if I can just get the City to do as good a job on the portion that's on their property!

    Toilet Repair

    Robert Plantic arrived right on schedule and was polite, professional and courteous from the time he arrived until he left. I've had a lot of service people in to do work in my condo over the years and Robert was the only one who didn't make the work seem like a burden. He was quick, efficient, and did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services or use him for future problems or repairs!
