    clogged kitchen sink

    We were dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for a week. After many unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem myself, I called Mr. Rooter. The company was accomodating and responsive. Although I thought the job was a little pricey, John Dima, Plumbing Technican provided us with fast, courteous and professional service. He also gave us helpful tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

    Fix toilet in basement and second floor bathroom

    Two of the four toilets in our house were leaky and had stopped functioning properly. We needed these fixed right away before we sold our house. Nick came in and did an exceptional job fixing our toilets. I marvelled how meticulous and knowledgeable he was about his line of work. He did a fantastic job and provided my husband and I excellent customer service. He definitely should win an award for his friendly, easygoing, "customer-first" attitude.

    Clogged main drain pipe and replacement of pipe valves.

    After having a backed up toilet where the water was very slow to go down for a couple of days, Robert showed up from Mr.Rooter on time and very professional.I explained to him my plumbing problems and he got to work, after finding a rag stuck in the pipe Rob did a camera inspection, then he snaked 60ft. through the pipe. After numerous attempts Robert never gave up, he worked his butt off to clear this probalem, and he did when some might have given up. Not enough space to write on what a great experience it was to have Robert in my house fixing my plumbing issues. THANKS A LOT ROBERT for agreat job done.

    Outside drain to city hook up

    Two years ago, Mr. Rooter installed a new hook-up for me outside my home and left the driveway at gravel graded level. The supervisor, Bob, told me that this was the only service he could provide. Last year, I was fed up with 2 large areas of loose gravel on my driveway so my neighbors installed some concrete areas on my paved driveway. This year, the Gas company has asked to move my gas meter from inside my home to outside. A city inspector needed to check my sewer lines to let the Gas Company know that their choice location would be acceptable. The Sewer Inspector told me that I only had one clean out valve rather than the 2 that are required. I called Mr. Rooter after that and Manager, Fred Colley came to my home for his own inspection. Within a matter of days, Mannus came to my home and started to dig around to look for the other clean out pipe. Both Fred and Mannus where very professional, prompt and helpful. Mannus worked for hours in the rain to find that the other clean out pipe had been left well under the gravel grade by the former crew. The next day, Mannus and Neil extended the pipe AND replaced the concrete they had dug up. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend all of these workers to my friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Mr. Fred Colley and Mr. Rooter

    Fixing toilet

    Nick was very thorough, patient, and very pleasant. He was respectful and made sure he left the place clean. He always explained everything he was doing so I would know what was happening.

    Repair leaking cut-off valve

    We were very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of Robert Plantic. He did an outstanding job, and recommended a service plan that would decrease future costs and provide with an annual plumbing inspection.

    Camera check, new toilet, new seat

    I called on Tuesday, got service same day. Chris arrived. He worked clean, confidentley and quietly. He did a full inspection after the camera service and pointed out problem areas (well --we did together) and made agreements on what needed to be done while he was on site. He completed all tasks in a timely/neat/professional fashion. I checked all work --all appeared in good working order. (time will tell:) Thank you, Toby

    Unclogging a toilet

    I was very satisfied with Mr. Rooters. There was no problem getting a plumber at the time I needed. Robert did a great job, was very pleasant to work with and was in and out in under an hour.

    Two full bathroom renovation

    The first bathroom (a full gutting). The house was built in 1942 and the plumbing was the same age.The bathroom was re-designed and all the water lines,drains and air vents where new. I though the wall mounted european sink and wall mounted european tap would be a tough challenge but John did a great job with all of it. The second bathroom (a full gutting again)completly re-design with again a wall mounted sink and custom full glass shower with rain shower tap, hand held shower and wall mounted jets. I was very impressed with his plumbing knowledge, and how open minded he was with our vision of the new bathroom. A on time, clean and professionnel plumber. Thank you John and I will be calling again when we renovate the kitchen. Best regard Eric Scarborough bluffs

    Bathroom fixture replacement

    My old faucet was in need of replacement, and work needed to be done to upgrade the plumbing underneath the sink as well. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and at a wonderful price.
