    Blocked sink

    I always use Mr. Rooter. Every single time I have someone come to the house who is prompt (fast!), clean, knows exactly what he is doing and very friendly. This time, it was John Dima who fixed my clogged sink, gave me a fantastic tip at the end to help me not have this problem again and left the kitchen cleaner than it was before he came. John was great.

    There was a smell in the bathroom sink from hair buildup.

    Alex diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and now we have a great smelling bathroom again.He saw how frustrated I was not knowing what the smell was.

    Bathroom tap replacement

    My taps broke during a shower and John from Mr. Rooter came to the rescue!!!! He even showed me where my water shut-off valve was! (I am about as handy as a cat!) The response time was fast and the repairs he did even faster! Great job and I highly recommend them.

    Kitchen Sink Back up - Main plumbing

    Considering our house was bulit in 1927, and probably never had the main plumbing lines cleaned out, starting at the Kitchen sink with a Motorized Rotor - John Dima did a great job. Approx 35 feet snaked throught the pipes, and the back up was cleared out. Quick, efficient and great clean up. 6 month warrenty and the introducation to BIOES - a natural enzyme to keep the pipies clear - ALL on the Easter Weekend and quick to the scene wihin 1 hour!

    Kitchen Faucet Installation

    Yesterday, I lost pressure in my kitchen faucet. Not only was Mr. Rooter very responsive, but John Dima, the technician who arrived at my house was terrific. He explained what was wrong with my faucet, and went to work to quickly install a new one. He left the area spotless, and the faucet works beautifully. He as even kind to my silly barking dog!

    Clogged Drains

    Any time we need plumbing service or advice at the restaurant we call on Mike Ranger. Mike's quick service and professional attitude really stands out in today's market. Also, it is great to find someone in a trade like this that you can trust.

    Replacing shut off valve

    I had a problem with a fauscet,Aleks Myroniak came on time,explained it to me what was the problem,what has to be done and how much will cost,he did great job,took his time,very detailed and professional service!He also noticed that my main shut off valve was leaking,but could not do anything at that time because i had to contact my Management Company first,few days later i called for service again,Alex showed up at the time,had to go back to pick up special tool required to shut the water off at the townhouse complex,came back in 20 minutes,started the job,was very focused because there was not much space to work on it,very professional,calm and friendly on his part,very cautious and clean performance,i was very happy with his service,great person also!!!

    commerical drain

    Chris from Mr. Rooter arrived on time and assessed our drain problem. He was able to explain the problem to me easily. He was back within the hour with his crew to resolve our drain problem quickly and efficiently. I felt quite comfortable knowing that these professionals were on the job. They were INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you MR. ROOTER

    Shower clog job

    Robert Plantic from Mr. Rooter arrived at our house within a couple of hours of calling Mr. Rooter. He told us the cost up front and did the job quickly and effectively. He also gave us information on how to stop the problem from happening again. Very professional and we were pleased with the service.

    Clogged Toilet

    Chris C showed up Saturday morning to fix our toilet and was very professional and friendly. He got in the bathroom, figured out a plan of action and went ahead with it. He showed us what the problem was, explained it in layperson terms (including a quick Toilet 101 lesson) and gave us recommendations for the future. After he was done he cleaned the bathroom, leaving it in better shape than we left it for him.
