    Leak from bathroom through ceiling.

    Everything was smooth and worked well. Call centre were responsive and Mark M was here within the hour. Very pleased with the result and the leak was fixed quickly and proficiently. Mark M was great and I would highly recommend. Thanks again Mark for saving the day.

    Install new taps

    Brian was prompt, thorough, and brought a couple of other issues to our attention that he fixed right away. we would definitely call again if we had any problems or plumbing work that needed to be done.

    Repair & replacement of laundry faucet.

    The Plumber's name who did a great job at our place is Rick. My wife and I were very satisfied with his work and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to my friends. Nick

    backwater valve install, stack replacement, lead drain replace

    Great people performing exemplary work - many thanks to Stephen, Joshua and Roman for updating pipes in an older building - certainly some hard work involved - the can do spirit these folks share means this old house is fully functional again. Mr. Rooter has always been good to the word with us. Thanks !

    Dependable and Friendly Service! Highly recommended!

    Had a complicated issue with the terrace deck above my garage a while back, which had a clogged eaves trough drain (covered / non-visible). Gary was sent over to look at the issue, and used the snake with the camera to look into the drain. Ultimately the camera could not give us any insight into what the problem was. However, he used another snake device, being very careful not to cause any damage to the metal eaves drain system, to see if it could clear the mystery clog. Eventually he was able to fish out a clear plastic bag which had clogged up the entire system! Excellent service, for an unique and complicated issue that wasn't a conventional plumbing/pipe problem! During the whole time, Gary was very courteous, friendly, and really cared about trying to solve my problem (which he did)! Highly recommended! Thank you!

    Toilet removal and installation of a new one

    I was having an issue with the flush and drainage of my existing toilet, so Brian M. clear the clog, but then noticed that the toilet was on it's last legs so he recommended a new one. He came the next day and installed the toilet in no time and was very helpful when pointing things out. Very nice and helpful plumber and left a clean area after he was done.

    Brian is the best!

    I've been searching for a decent plumber for years with no results. Today I found my guy! Brian M. From Mr. Rooter was friendly, on time and highly knowledgable. Well spoken and very professional. I will be recommending him to all of my friends! There was a hairline crack in one of the piipes that Brian had installed a couple of days ago and Brian came out immediately to fix it. So we were very pleased with his concern and readiness..

    Toilet Repair

    Brian arrived early and knew exactly what the problem was with my running toilet. He fixed it easily and in a timely fashion. He was neat and cleaned up the mess before leaving. I am a very satisfied customer.

    Toilet and bidet install

    Ron Jackson from Mr Rooter did a great job of installing a new toilet and bidet for me. I had a water leak with my previous toilet and Ron quickly assessed the problem and provided two quotes. One for fixing it and one for replacing it. There was no pressure to chose between the quotes. I chose to replace it as I had been considering upgrading my fixture for a while. Ron quickly obtained and installed the new toilet and went through the instruction manual prior to leaving. Thanks Ron for your help today! I have always been happy about the timely, polite and professional service provided by Mr Rooter.

    Sewage Pipe replacement

    I has a sewage backup in my basement on Thanksgiving day. Robert P came promptly and assessed. The pipes that had to be replaced extended almost the whole length of my house. The work was done quickly and for the cost quoted. Robert answered my many questions, and maintained communication throughout. The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to a rather large hiccup with a City inspector which added to the work, cost, and digging up my garden a second time. All in all I was very pleased with the service of Mr. Rooter.
