    drain issues

    Bruce T of Mr Rooter came to my house to inspect my leaking kitchen drain He did stellar work in resolving the job, asking all questions and concerns I had. He is polite and provided superior customer service I would like him back personally should I have further plumbing issues He is a conscientious hard working efficient plumber with respectable values He made me feel at home with his easy going demeanor Your company is fortunate to have such a stellar employee which adds value to the brand name - Mr. Rooter Thanks Mr. Rooter!!!

    10/10

    I will use Mr Rooter again and reccomended to others. Plumbing service from Joshua smythe was 10/10. Mr Rooter were perfect to deal with over telephone. 10/10 for overall service.

    Rick is the guy you need

    We called Mr. Rooter because of massive water damage in our basement due to a burst pipe. Rick was on scene within the hour. It was very early in the morning and the job was labor intensive. Rick worked hard till the end with enthusiasm and relentless positive energy. He took the time to explain the process and what he did to fix the issue. He even caught a few mistake that we had a separate company come in to fix. This was an extremely stressful situation but I feel like if we didn't have Rick we wouldn't have got through it so easily. Thanks Rick and Mr. Rooter Highly recommend this company!

    Emergency leaky kitchen faucet

    My kitchen faucet had been dripping for a little while and I was planning to have it changed. Before I got around to do it, I noticed water leaking behind the wall in the basement bathroom located directly below the kitchen. Water had started to drip under the sink, unnoticed! I called Mr Rooter as I needed a fast service. Brian M came within 3 hours and replaced the faucet. The job was done in no time and the faucet looks great. Brian was very nice and professional and I couldn't be happier with the service I got.

    Kitchen sink ws blocked

    My kitchen sink as blocked and when I called Mr. Rooter, the person who took my information was very courteous and helpful. Brian arrived and informed me that the drainage was not to code (ABS and no union p-trap. He was very thorough in his explanation and made use that I completely understood the issue. Once he obtained my approval to fix the issue, he did so efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Brian.

    Emergency Call!

    Well a stressful late night call after needing a simple cartridge change turned quick nightmare when our water was stuck on and our condo building shut off valve's completely in accessible. Rick was amazing, responded so quick and was so knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to take the time to show us everything to prevent this from happening again. He also made note and provided documentation for me to take to my Condo Board and Property Management to ensure that my shut-off valves are fixed due to their inaccessibility. While a seemingly simple job showed quite expensive, we know better than to not fool around with water especially in a large building downtown Toronto. Thanks again Rick for your patience and preventative tips! Was so happy with the service, timeliness and attention to detail! Won't call anyone else but Rick from Mr. Rooter!

    Bathroom faucet replacement

    I've always had good experiences with Mr. Rooter, and this time was no different. Brian M. did a great job - very patient and thorough, and came back to make a minor adjustment quickly and without issue. Definitely would recommend to friends!

    Relocate outside tap, replace bathroom faucet and wash basin

    We are very happy with the work performed by our plumber, Chris Cochrane. Prior to the work he explained what was involved and provided a quote which was accepted. He kept us informed as to progress. The work was completed to our entire satisfaction and the work areas were left tidy. Chris has been to our house before and with Chris on the job we have no worries whatever. We have no hesitation in recommending both Mr. Rooter and Chris.

    Fixed a leaking pipe in the basement, dripping behind the furnace to the concrete floor below.

    The problem was diagnosed and fixed. A very old and deteriorated brass saddle valve, not connected to any supply was leaking. Greg cut it out and installed new piping. He tested all the water fixtures in the house to ensure that they were functioning normally once he had completed his work. Greg was polite, pleasant, capable, and did an excellent job.

    Diagnosing toilet-related issue

    I contacted Mr. Rooter last night because of an issue that had arisen over the last day or two. The water valve attached to the toilet in the main washroom was leaking and the toilet bowl would neither not fill nor flush unless one opened and shut the valve manually. Mr. Rooter provided me with the help I needed in the only window of opportunity I had to be at home today. The individual who diagnosed the problem and fixed it - Brian M. - was easy to speak to, quick to figure the problem out and did not tell me that I had a bigger issue than actually existed, which is every homeowner's worry and worst nightmare. I paid the minimal cost involved when one has to ask service providers for help. Thanks to Mr. Rooter and Brian, in particular, I got to work on time.
