    Leaks

    Had a leaking ceiling called a roofer who was going to begin repairing my roof even though it was only 3 years old and claimed it had nothing to do with the plumbing. Called in Mr Rooter who diagnosed the problem rightly immediately. Saved me time and money. Bruce from Mr Rooter is now my guy for plumbing. Technician/ Bruce T

    sewer back up

    After a sewer back up, Mr Rooter helped us immensely. Stephen came out to our home three times to diagnose the problem at no charge. Once we knew what we were dealing with Stephen quickly sent his excavation crew let by Vlad. They were quick, efficient and left our home clean and ready to renovate once their job was done. Everyone one we dealt with from Mr Rooter was professional and courteous, would highly recommend

    Marco Rocks and so does Mr. Rooter!

    I called Mr. Rooter and Marco came within less than an hour. I Airbnb my unit so I needed to ensure that the toilet would be fixed before my next guest today. Marco fixed the issue in no time. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Marco and Mr. Rooter. This is my first time having to call a plumber and it was a great experience!!

    clogged drain in kitchen

    got a call from Mr. Rooter prior to Rick arriving. Rick provided a quick and clean drain clearing. He also took the time to offer us advice on preventing further clogs, upgrades to our equipment and advice on Mr. Rooter offers that will save us money. A real pleasure to have Rick in our home

    Plumbing in kitchen sink

    We are a youth centre and our kitchen sink had been clogged. The plumber came in and did an amazing job! Within a short period of time he was able to fix the issue. He was really friendly and the customer service was great. We would definitely recommend the services again!

    Clogged Toilet

    Marco came and did a great job fixing my clogged toilet! Ended up having to replace the toilet but he offered options along the way and gave me accurate quotes with all the information I needed. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend

    Unclogged Sink

    I arranged for a plumber to come between 5 - 8 4:00 pm I got a call saying they could come earlier if that was possible and if not, they can come for 5. (Great communication) Plumber, Rick Phillips, showed up on time, very friendly Saw the problem we were having, heard me out, offered many suggestions and tips, told me how much it would be upfront, gave no pressure that the work needed to be done immediately, said I could think and call back. We ended up doing the work, he checked and showed me the unclogged sink 3 times. He cleaned everything up and was wonderful. He also gave further tips on how we could prevent this problem in the future. Great service and great experience. This is my second experience with Mr. Rooter with the exact same outcome and I will use them again.

    Kitchen faucet replaced

    It was time to replace our kitchen faucet. I called Mr. Rooter, explained the issue and requested an experienced service person. They sent Bruce, who showed up exactly as they told me and did a wonderful job installing, explaining and cleaning after himself.

    Plumbing

    They absolutely over charge. Luckily, I have insurance. I asked the other professional. They did something that were not necessary. They just want money. Be careful when you deal with this company.

    No hot water

    We came home from a 9 day vacation to no hot water on a Saturday evening. We called Mr Rooter based on online reviews. The gentleman came within a very reasonable time frame. Without doing much investigation, he told us our water pipes were frozen and we would have to wait for them to thaw. He told us this would take multiple days and there was nothing he could do. He suggested raising the temperature in the house to try to thaw the pipes. The next day, we contacted the hot water tank company, a part was changed and we had hot water immediately. The plumber was completely inaccurate with his diagnosis. If we followed his suggestion, we would still have no hot water.
