    replace pipe connection

    Rick did a great job, provided excellent advice re. pictures, documentation etc. easy to talk to and quite friendly. Job required working in the ceiling of our very cold garage. Recommended we replace 90 % joint with two 45 degree couplings to provide a easier route for the water to drain. Garry

    Amazing service!

    Had a burst pipe in the backyard of my rental. This house is an original bungalow with a build up [now a two-story with two separate units]. The plumbing looks like spaghetti. Bruce was our technician, fixed the immediate issue, but there were several other factors at play. We couldn't see where the pipe was to isolate the problem. He came back two more days and not only fixed our plumbing issue outside, took the time to address another issues we had as well. Through his persistence, amazingly positive attitude and exceptional trouble-shooting skills we are more than satisfied customers! Thank you, Bruce and thank you Mr. Rooter for hiring such an exceptional tech!

    Drain Stack Broke

    Our main drain stack broke, flooding in our newly renovated basement. Great times. Called Mr. Rooter, and they were very responsive and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They replaced the entire stack that ran 3 stories in one day. My hats off to Grant and Jay for their fantastic work!

    Pipe Burst

    Ron Jackson fixed our frozen (burst) pipe in a timely manner. He gave us a reasonable qoute. Very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to contact again for plumbing issues.

    Fast, knowledgeable service

    Called for an emergency plumber one evening after hours when toilet was clogged and overflowing- Sami the tech came and fixed it with minimal fuss. Service was a bit on the expensive side but I would use this company again because I really appreciated the technician’s can-do manner and quick work.

    Plumbing Service

    Mr. Rick Phillips was very professional & very knowledgeable to resolve the problem which was a pipe leaking from water & ice-maker from our fridge. He knew what he was doing and was very prompt regarding the time we were given. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. Thank You Shiraz Janmohamed

    Toilet Fix

    Our toilet was leaking from the bottom. Ron came in, cheerful and neat, putting down his mat, and quickly got to work. He reset the toilet, then went on to fix a wobbly toilet paper roll that I had tried to fix (obviously unsuccessfully) many times! Great job beyond my expectations!

    Basement Drain Backing Up

    My basement drain had just started backing up and since it was near the Christmas holidays and was expecting lots of family over I decided to call Mr Rooter and get this taking care of right away. When the technician Scott and his counterpart arrived they did some testing and found that my issue was the kitchen drain line being clogged up with grease. We decided to go ahead with a hydro scrub although costly $1700 it was necessary for peace of mind. They spent over a couple of hours clearing my drain and there was a ton of grease buildup. They showed with a camera the cleared lines. Very happy with the professionalism and thoroughness of their work. Highly Recommended.

    Basement pipe broke and flooded basement

    Our laundry room (located on the main floor) pipe broke and flooded the basement. We called Mr Rooter and they were able to come that evening. Chris C immediately knew the issue (pipe never installed properly) and fixed it. He even took the time to check other pipes to make sure they were ok. The only thing is, Mr. Rooter is a little pricier and a premium needs to be paid for same day service

    Drainge

    Brian arrived on site, and snaked out the bath tubs and sink. Replaced parts and fixed toilet. Highly recommended this company. Also helped in previous encounter where the basement flooded. Is reliable and comes in handy In an emergency situation.
