    Toilet replacement

    I had a toilet that was very slow to drain and was thus unusable. The technician, Bruce T., outlined my options and the cost of each. As the toilet was well over 20 years, I decided to go with replacing the toilet. Bruce replaced the toilet that very afternoon. Bruce was knowledgeable and courteous, and did the work professionally and with a minimum of fuss and bother!

    Toilet Repair

    Quick service - arrived on time and the technician, Marco, was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate having no surprise costs. Excellent service. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Greater Toronto Area)

    Replace Laundry Tub Faucet and Garden Hose Faucet

    I had two plumbing issues - a leaking garden hose faucet and loose handles on the laundry tub faucet. I called Mr. Rooter and was pleased to able to get an appointment the same day I called. Rick showed up on time and looked at the faucets. He gave two options for the laundry tub faucet - repair or replace and I decided to have it and the garden hose faucet replaced. Rick was very polite, friendly and he did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied with the work he had done. I also appreciated his good sense of humour and the advice he gave to prevent plumbing problems in the future. I have used Mr. Rooter many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future as I am always very satisfied with their service.

    Bathroom plumbing

    We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom that we couldn't clear on our own. I called Mr Rooter and got an appt the next day. Alex B came and fixed our issue in a timely manner. He was professional and explained what caused the issue. He also provided me with future options. I am happy I found this company on homestars.

    Clogged Toilet

    Had a situation - service was on time, resolved the situation really quickly, great service, really professional, worth the money. This is definitely your go-to for everything related to plumbing.

    Leaking pipes in the basement

    Noticed water running down a drain pipe in my basement, panicked, and called Mr Rooter Plumbing after seeing all the positive scores on Homestars. A plumber was sent the very next day. The gentleman who completed the job was Chris Cochrane. He was personable, very professional, and efficient. I really appreciated his calm demeanor because the thought of water damage in my home terrifies me. He opened the wall in two places and the problem turned out to be a cracked pipe beneath my third floor bathroom. Chris helped me see the bright side of the issue and took care of things quickly and thoroughly. He was careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after himself. However, I've since discovered that Mr. Rooter significantly overcharged me for the job. I'd only call them again if I was desperate and needed fast service, because they do respond very quickly.

    clay pipe replacement excellent job

    The team, lead by Travis were extremely professional and informative. We had clay pipes that needed to be replaced in the house. We initially had a quote a year prior and recalled the well informed and knowledgeable Travis! We felt confident in the calibre of work that would be carried out and it was done quickly and professionally. Thank you and would recommend to anyone

    Bathroom emergency

    A valve broke deep in my shower control and I couldn't turn it off, water kept pouring out. Yikes! I phoned Mr. Rooter and Brian MacDonald showed up soon after. He quickly assessed the problem and set to work to repair it, explaining to me what he was doing and why. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I will ask for Brian the next time I need to call Mr. Rooter. Thanks, Brian!

    Blocked drain

    Bruce was knowledgeable and very effective and pleasant.he assessed the problem quickly and solved it quickly. He was very clean. He explained how I could minimize future problems. I will recommend him to everyone.

    Maintenance of Back Water Valve/ Unclogged kitchen sink

    Mr. Rooter has very professional and accommodating plumbers. They used state of the art equipment and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. Thank you.
