    Toilet replacement and shut-off valve install

    We had several instances of our toilet overflowing and called Mr. Rooter. They were able to get someone out the very next day and gave us two quotes - to replace or repair. We chose to replace our (old) toilet and Bruce came the very next morning. He was professional and quick and didn't suggest we do work that wasn't necessary. We are very happy with Mr. Rooter and the work Bruce did. Thanks!

    Happy with my sink repair

    My husband is recovering from surgery and of course that is when my kitchen sink decides to back up and leak. But Bruce from Mr. Rooter was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he very friendly, but he was at my place in an hour after I called and explained the problem to me in non-complicated terms that I could actually understand. He even provided me with several options depending on how much I wanted to spend. He didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into anything. It was only after I asked his opinion that he suggested what he thought would work best. He solved the problem very quickly and efficiently despite the fact it was after 9:30PM. Bruce really saved me. I highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter!

    Kitchen Sink and Bathroom Faucet repair/replacement

    Both the upstairs kitchen sink and the downstairs bathroom faucet were leaking and Mr. Rooter provided fast and quality service with little hassle and answered any and all questions in a thorough and friendly manner. Recommended AAA+++

    blocked bathroom drain

    I am very satisfied with Mr. Rooter. They showed up on time. Bruce was very helpful and very knowledgeable on drains. He was very professional. In 30 minutes, he was able to clear my drain and gave some helpful maintenance hints to main my pipes clean. I would definitely call them again.

    Toilet Fill Valve replacement

    I bought a new universal fill valve but could not adjust it since I was not able to unscrew the torque seal. Robert C. came by a few minutes before his scheduled time and removed the torque seal with very little water spill. He was able to adjust and replace the part resulting in the perfect fill up. I will be calling him back later this year or next to replace the Compression Inlet. The quality of service was great and I learned a lot.

    Kitchen Back up sink rebuild

    1st time using Mr. Rooter and our service was great. Sami Reda was polite and friendly, He did what it took to get the sink unclogged and working. He explained his process step by step and kept us informed with all details. No surprises!! CS

    Bathroom plumbing

    Had a problem with leakage under our bathroom sink in our basement. Went to replace the pipes and learned that it was a larger job than I was prepared to tackle. Gentleman (Bruce) from Mr Rooter came by and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue within short time. Very happy with the professionalism with worksmanship - would definitely call again if need arises.

    Supply hose replacement

    Got my supply hose to the toilets replaced after one of them broke. Luckily I was home so I was able to save the house from flooding. Marco from Mr. Rooter came by and replaced them and also gave me a thorough run down of things I should look into changing in order to avoid further leaks as some of the parts are still original ones from when the house was built. He was awesome and thorough and went the extra mile for me to make sure everything worked and was okay after the job was done. Highly recommend the company and Marco in particular.

    Basement Suite Renovation

    Our basement suite began to flood late in the evening last October. Sewage was leaking into the suite from two places and we ended up with 1"-2" of contaminated water throughout the suite. I called Mr. Rooter. The first plumber on scene was Chris and he was great. It was late and it was a very dirty job but he didn't seem to care. Within half an hour he had identified the problems and a crew came in with dehumidifiers, etc. Working with Mr Rooter and the Insurance company was easy. Mr. Rooter handled almost everything. We ended up with a beautifully finished basement suite. We highly recommend Mr Rooter.

    Quick appointments, great service & 1 yr guarantee

    Rob C., just like all the Mr. Rooter plumbers that have done work for me, explained the problem well using images taken from his iPad so I could understand the problem. The cost is no concern considering Mr. Rooter's ability to give quick appointments(I have always got one on the day I called) , get the job done right, and do all the disposal and clean up.
