    Laundry faucet replacement

    We called this afternoon at 1:30, and Rick arrived within an hour. The overall job was done by 4:00, and we are very pleased with the result. Having the job completed the same afternoon we called was an unexpected bonus! Thanks Rick, keep up the great work! Invoice 162412068

    Main shut off valve replacement

    The shut off valve inside the house was replaced with efficiency and a clean job was done. Unfortunately the city could not turn on the water for testing. Robert was very patient and took the time to explain the challenge with the situation and the process.

    Toilet repair

    Rick from Mr. Rooter was extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing and was full of tips and advice. Didn't love the 1.5 hour wait on top of the 3-hour window we were given, but the problem was diagnosed immediately and the work was done in no time. (Order no. 162320160)

    leaking toilet in second floor causing water damage in ceiling below.

    Chris Cochrane came in on time and together we diagnosed the problem. After fully discussing the situation and alternatives and specially due to the age of the existing unit ( over 20 yrs) decided to replace the toilet with a top of the line unit. Work went smoothly and efficiently ( I was in the trades so I can tell). At the time I also had him replace my garbage disposal unit and when all is said and done he went above and beyond in both installations. Highly recommended.

    Bathroom faucet cartridge change

    Our Plumber arrived on time and was very thorough when asking for information on attaining new hot & cold cartridges for a bathroom faucet. Luckily, I had the manual so he advised calling Riobel's 1-800 number on the back of manual to see about attaining new cartridges rather then him trying to get them. Rick even spoke to contact there. The new cartridges were under warranty and arrived in 2 days so now ready to install.

    bathroom sink installation

    We have been very pleased with Mr. Rooter's service for many years. This job, bathroom sink installation, was done expertly. Brian M. worked with competence and good humour. His attitude made this a pleasant experience for us. We would be delighted to have his services in the future.

    Drain Snaking and Service

    Travis came out to clear a clog and ended up finding much more trouble, I need a whole basement drain replacement. He quoted the cost and would offset the price of the snaking . I shopped around for this much larger job and ended up not going with Mr. Rooter in the end. However despite this they didn't charge for the initial snaking. Hard worker and solid guy. Thanks!

    Leaking bathtub

    I contacted the company for moisture in the ceiling of the living room. Somebody came home, checked the bathroom walls and recommend bathroom renovation. So, I followed his instructions and started asking for quotation BUT a friend said he strongly believed it was a plumber issue. He asked permission to take-off part of the living room roof (that by the way is damaged because was wet due to a leaking and needed replacement). After he did it, the drops start falling. It was a leaking, not a water filtration through the walls.

    Toilet leaking

    Bruce was very friendly and helpful. The service took about an hour and all of our issues were resolved. We are happy at how fast they were able to send someone out and would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Kitchen sink pipe replacement

    Technician Robert Cassels was professional and knowledgeable in his field. He assessed the job and explained what had to be done and offered his estimate. He immediately started to work and made sure my floor was protected. After the job was finished, he explained what he had done and the reason. He also did a few tests with the water to make sure there were no leaks. I was very impressed with how clean he left my kitchen.
