    basement sewage

    Had a basement sewer blockage this morning. Mr. Chris Cochrane arrived less than an hour after I have called the company. He did camera inspection , unclogged the sewage pipe, put everything back neatly and gave some good advice to prevent the future clogging. Excellent service, highly recommended.

    Toilet flooding

    Bruce with Mr. Rooter was quick and friendly. We were having an urgent flooding problem and he came very quickly. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. Id recommand him to anyone!

    Kitchen Drain Block

    Had a blocked drain and called Mr. Rooter. Within a few hours the technician (Bruce) showed up. He cleared the block, gave me some pointers on how to keep my drains clear and was off. The whole thing took less than an hour. Should mention that this was on a Saturday - allowed me to not have to miss work. Excellent service, strongly recommend Mr. Rooter on Penn Drive for any plumbing issues you encounter.

    Kitchen sink faucet replacement

    I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to send a technician the following morning. The technician I spoke to (Bruce) was able to give me a reasonable quote, and install it that very same morning within half an hour. He also gave me a thorough assessment of my faucet situation and gave me very good recommendations on a replacement. I am super impressed with the speed and reliability of the service provided!

    Water Leak

    Went into the basement to find an area covered with water. Realized it was coming from the laundry room. Called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched someone ASAP. Brian M. cane within two hours. Inspected the situation and rectified the problem immediately. Explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing repairs.

    Bathroom trap replacement

    Many thanks to Rick Phillips and his sidekick for quickly and cleanly replacing the bathroom sink trap this morning after I managed to damage it with a wire brush during my Spring cleaning. And thanks to the Mr Rooter Plumbing telephone receptionist who chased down Rick on short notice. Well done, everyone.

    fixed shower drain and replaced laundry sink pipes

    Had a leaky shower and problems was found and repaired. Found and repaired another problem in our laundry room sink -- efficient and friendly. Thanks Bruce! Used our membership for inspection of all pipes at the same time.

    Replacement of toilet

    I needed my toilet replaced as a piece of the bowel broke off. Contacted Mr. Rooter, they arranged for Chris Cochrane to come out to determine what work was required. Christ arrived on time, assessed the situation, made a quote, and once approved he made arrangements to pick up the necessary parts. He arrived back within the timeframe quoted, replaced the toilet within 45 minutes. Chris was professional, efficient and knowledge. Recommend both the firm and Chris.

    Washroom plumbing repair

    Technician was well trained and performed an excellent job. Technician came on time with all the required tools. I definitely recommend and will call the same guys again should I have any future plumbing needs.

    Kitchen Sink Clog

    The technician Brian was very friendly and helpful, and the service was done very quickly. I would definitely ask for the service again. The prices are reasonable and my dog loved him too !
