    Leak under kitchen sink caused by broken garburetor

    On the Sunday we were about to leave on vacation I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Mr Rooter and within in 1 hour or so their technician Rob Cassels arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem.....a broken garburetor. He modified the drain to stop any further leaks while we were away. When we returned from vacation he returned and installed a new garburetor which he had ordered for us. The work was done very professionally and pleasantly. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family!

    Kitchen Leak

    Ron Jackson was fantastic. Professional, friendly, on time, and he explained the work and my options. It was really great service and someone I felt I could trust. If I call for more help, this is the man I want :-)

    to discover cause and then repair slow draining sink and bathtub

    plugged drains in kitchen and a bathtub were cleared using power snake. everything cleaned up upon completion

    clogged kitchen drain

    Anthony and Daniel were very professional and solved our problem. We will definitely recommend your company!!! They took all measures possible to ensure that no walls or ceilings had to be repaired. They were diligent and respectful. Highly recommend!!!

    faucet (W)

    It was an excellent experience. The plumber, Waqas Ahmad, was professional and courteous. I had attempted to complete the job myself and ended up making matters worse. Waqas arrived the same day, resolved the issue in no time and ensured that the job was completed with precision and quality. He is polite, friendly and is very knowledgable to all things plumbing. An excellent job!

    Replace laundry and kitchen drainage pipes.

    The work was well done, but was delayed approx. 1hr. because of poor communication between the 1st diagnosing plumber and the one who did the job.

    Ziggy is the best

    Clogged toilets. Leaky faucets. Slow drain in laundry room. Mr. Rooter has fixed them all over the years that they have been my go-to repair company for plumbing issues. Fast booking with friendly office staff. Knowledgeable and conscientious repair person. I always ask for Ziggy. I have never had to call back because the problem has reappeared. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

    Kitchen Drain Clog

    Up front booking service was very good and the plumber was there on time. They are very attentive to being clean and keeping their work area clean. The plumber explained what he was doing and gave me a price initially then said, if I have to cut the drain pipe, it will be more. In the end he couldn't dislodge the clog using the electric snake so he had to cut the PVC pipe and clean it out that way. Got the job done but VERY expensive. I would use a plumber working for himself next time - would be 1/2 the cost as I've had plumbers work done before this by guys working for themselves..

    Our Hero

    our cat was stuck in the washroom wall and we can't get it even our building office didn't cooperated with us .. we call Mr Rooter plumber Ms. Elizabeth helped us to get our hero Mr. Robert Plantic and he came within 1 hr. and get our cat out and he was very helpful .. we so glad that we know them. Thank you Mr. Robert.

    I'm in love with Mr. Rooter!

    I am in love with Mr. Rooter. As they say you have to kiss a few frogs before you find your prince. And it's so true. My entire sewage system blocked up early Sunday morning- a dumb mistake by me but that's another story - a few hours after my daughter's engagement party - timing is everything. - rendering me without water or plumbing and a house full of guests. The first two "frogs" that came out took one look at the pump, pronounced it broken without doing any investigation with any tool other than their eyeballs, and it being a Sunday afternoon said they'd be back on Monday sometime when the plumbing supply stores opened up. That's when my first prince showed up. Robert from Mr. Rooter came in and also pronounced it broken - but after a half hour of opening it up and taking a good long look to see if there was anything he could do to at least put a band aid on it until the next day. And when he saw how much distress this damsel was in he suggested he call his warehouse to see if there was an available pump that could be installed that night - so that we didn't all have to traipse over to the local Starbucks to brush our teeth and use the bathroom before bed. As luck would have it - VOILA - there was one in stock. And prince #2 - Steve - showed up a few hours later to install it, give me running water again as well as a stern talking to about what one can and cannot flush down a toilet. Mr. Rooter is FANTASTIC. I've signed up for their service plan and can't wait for my next drip or leak - although I'll pass on the sewage floods thank you very much!
